Horrible customer service, when in to open a checking account arrived at 4pm they closed at 5pm am a preferred gold member and was told by Juan Vazquez that they are too busy and do not do walk-ins on Friday's and have appointments ahead of me and that they would not be able to assist me. However, I had called a day before and was told that they take walk-ins and would have no problem opening an account. Otherwise I would not have waisted my time. Also, I was "suggested" to go to a different branch in Palm Desert of Monterey and maybe they can help me IF they weren't booked by appointment as well. SMH ridiculous!

I have always been well treated at the Bank of America, whatever branch we have chosen but our number one rated Customer Service Manager has always been Zennia Hines at the Cathedral City Business Center.....she conducts business in a very professional and respectful way, making you feel important. Her kind demeanor understands our needs and always recommends what is best for us. When we leave the bank after having dealt with her, we feel a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Our visit on November 16 was no exception, and she was able to not only meet with us, but she took her time and carefully investigated and carried out the services we needed to do (we came in with a couple of requests and she was able to efficiently and completely accomplish them).....we continue to be grateful to have her as our agent/representative and highly recommend her as "your go to person".....Mike (and Marsha)

I came in today to close one of my business accounts I no longer need. Sharon was extremely professional and warm. Best banking experience I've had in years especially in the area!! Very grateful

They are breathtakingly incompetent -- not really this branch so much but the entire enterprise. I opened a checking account with them after I watched a programme about how Wells Fargo rips off its customers -- that left me disgusted. I was unable to fund my account (didn't work online) and so I transferred some money via Zelle -- even though they received the money instantly they placed a 5-day hold on my money. Then when that cleared I tried to send some of it back via Zelle, but they blocked that transaction and had me call their office -- there they told me they couldn't identify me and I'd have to go into the branch and present my passport.Now today: a few days ago I paid my Air France Mastercard $586.13. They deducted that amount from my Wells Fargo account, but then the same day withdrew (and overdrew) my account 100x that for $58,613. I called the bank and they insist that I authroised that deduction.I have closed all my accounts now with Bank of America (including also my Alaska Airlines credit card) and have gone back to Wells Fargo -- they may rip off the public (but not me yet), but they don't make such colossal mistakes and then place the blame on the customer.Tschuß.

Never have a problem with this bank. The employees are always helpful and friendly.Came to inquire about a few things and the employee that helped me was very helpful and patient , all of my questions were answered and I left a happy lady lol.Make sure to bring your patience when you visit because a lot of customers had questions once they got to the front of the line and that made the line move slower. Thank you so much B of A! Always consistent with your customer service!
