“Over the years our 2007 Vibe suffered more than it probably needed to: lots of dents and dings (by us and others) a damaged rear bumper, scraped up rear view mirror cover, partially broken plastic compound tail light cover - the list goes on.

We had some money saved and decided she needed a makeover and Platinum came highly recommended from our mechanic.

Cassie was amazing, getting us set up and giving an estimate well within budget and somehow she managed to find a new bumper and tail light cover for an 18 year old car whose parts were long out of stock from conventional sources.

Juan and the team were amazing, and when they weren't satisfied the paint was absolutely perfect (this Vibe is a completely unique blue no one has ever seen) they kept her an extra couple of days to fix it - and gave us a discount from our estimate. A lot of extras were given without charge as well like cleaning out the foggy head lights and detailing the car. They even arranged for and drove us to our rental car which we dropped off at Platinum at the end of the work and they took back.

The result: a beautiful, new appearing car ready to run another 18 years! We can't recommend Platinum highly enough if you want superlative, meticulous, professional service. Give Cassie a call! You'll be glad you did.”

“My experience with these requested reviews is they fall into the abyss. You seldom get a response to the review you submitted. It leaves me wondering did anyone read or weigh in on what I took the time to write? Nonetheless here I go.

I’ve been to FIX twice.. both times the service and staff have been delightful. The ‘garage’ is immaculate. And both times the body and paint repairs have been pristine. They also made the inside of my car smell great.. I have no idea what it is.

The only ‘beef’ with my experience is that when I went to pay for the repair using an AMEX, I was told there with be an additional 3% charge. Perhaps when they called to let me know my car was ready, the courteous thing to have done was to inform me of the credit card charge prior to my coming in. I would have come with the ability to pay cash. It felt a little shady on their part. It poses the question… am I able to credit the AMEX and pay with cash?

As a man of principle, out of 5 *’s I would need to give FIX 4*’s.”

California Refections is just down the road on Perez from our local Tesla office- and they were referred to me via 3M who, in my opinion makes the best paint protection film in the business.James at California Reflection is really nice and highly professional. The quote was good and I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and picked it up the next day. Wow, they did an incredible job!
