Horrible !
The pump card readers did not work on any of the pumps! You have to wait in line inside after waiting outside in the heat to figure out why the pumps aren’t working. I picked up a Twix bar at the register only to find out after she had charged my card that it was melted in the packaging. she could not do a refund on an unopened candy bar, which doesn’t make sense. If she’s running the register, she should also know how to do that. To the attendant who rolled your eyes at me because I wanted the money refunded you should be fired! You should never have an attitude towards a customer coming into the store, especially when there is no real reason for it. You didn’t even know where your manager was! Horrible and I would never recommend this gas station to anyone.

They charge 35 cents on everything if paid with debit cards which are cash not credit cards. Deceptive. Gas doesn't fill properly at some of these pumps. It backs up and all over the ground. Please fix.

Gas purchase card reader did not work. I purchased $59 in cigarettes, and 2 packs were incorrect. I returned into the store, and requested the correct purchase. Informed: they did not have them. (I saw them, but he could not see them) Why did they use my coupon for a incorrect order. Refund was denied, and treated rude. I will never buy gas or purchase in this station, ever again.

Title: Inflexible Scheduling at Arco AMPM Hinders Customer ConvenienceAs a frequent customer of Arco AMPM, I would like to address a significant concern regarding their breaks or lunches or why the close the store so many times at night time. Today I went four times and the 4 times was close another client said that a male employee let someone in to buy a slurpee but he close again, i waited 20 min and even knock the door and no one open. Unfortunately, the rigid and inflexible nature of their operating hours often leaves customers feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.Moreover, Arco AMPM's closing time for break and lunches also poses a problem. Many people of us working individuals finish their shifts late and require access to essential services throughout the night. Unfortunately, the station's early evening closure time (typically around 2:00 a.m.) constrains their ability to access fuel or other necessary amenities outside of standard working hours. This lack of flexibility ultimately restricts the convenience and accessibility that Arco AMPM claims to provide.In an era when customer-centricity and convenience are critical differentiators, Arco AMPM must reevaluate their scheduling, breaks and lunches and strive to better cater to the needs of their diverse clientele. Flexible hours that encompass the early morning and late-night time frames, especially during weekends and holidays, would greatly enhance their overall service and foster stronger customer relationships.In conclusion, Arco AMPM's current scheduling policies project a lack of consideration for their customers' time constraints and needs. By failing to adjust their hours to accommodate early risers, night owls, and those seeking services on weekends and holidays, they jeopardize their potential to be a go-to choice for motorists in search of convenience. It is my hope that they take this feedback into serious consideration and restructure their schedule to align with the evolving expectations of today's customers.

I generally get my fuel here I own a business in my company, fills up at the station on the corner of Big Horn and Gerald Ford. Today I decided to take my personal vehicle fill it up and get a car wash. I've filled my tank, but there wasn't a receipt so I noticed there was nobody in line at the car wash, and I was all excited after walking into the store a.m. p.m. I noticed four ampm ladies working, but I'll just standing kind of around talking and laughing while one person was checking out the other two people ahead of me, so I explained simply kindly pump number four isn't printing receipts. I'd like a receipt because I got a car wash the most expensive one. Also, she rudely just handed it to me. Didn't tell me where the number was. I will also mention that the gentleman behind me was Hispanic and he was welcomed with all kinds of Spanish hellos. How are you doing? Good to see ya but not me I'm Caucasian . I couldn't read the car wash #s . and it's pretty bad when there's four or five employees staying inside doing absolutely nothing, and if they're all on break at the same time or if they're all off at the same time, then they shouldn't be in the building I most likely will take my business elsewhere all six company vehicles. Laziness in absolutely inexcusable! Shame on AMPM cat city management.
