Worst experience ever, they have all of their clothes put together by color not size… as a bigger person it really sucked to be like oh this is pretty but not my size over and over and over. Don’t bother coming here if you are over a medium

The staff there didn’t have good customer service. I felt treated really poorly and felt as if me and my girlfriend had such a horrible experience for just wanting to shop. Such a disrespect to your customers. Will not be coming again.

First, I called and let it ring for about 15 rings, and no one answered. Then about an hour later, I tried again, and someone answered. I wanted to know what their books cost because I’m about 25 minutes away and didn’t know if I wanted to come in. I was told “I can’t tell you that information over the phone”
I go to thrift stores for a living so literally I’ve called over 500 and never have been told that. What a terrible rule that would push customers away. Why would you not let a potential customer know information they want to know? Absolutely ridiculous policy.

A big shout out to Cesar at Angelview. I had glass candle holders and when I opened my car door they broke everywhere. He cleaned it all up right away and helped to unload my car.

I was in the Palm Desert location on Friday, September 1. I had found numerous items I intended to buy. I was carrying a heavy crystal box as well as a large metal cross. I asked if I could set the items down on the counter as they were heavy. I was told no. I could put them in a small basket. The problem it the cross didn't fit in the basket and I am unable to carry heavy things. There were a lot of crosses and I had intended to buy a cross for each of my grandchildren as well as other items. The man was rude. I was upset and angry that they would assist me. I set the basket on the counter and left. They lost a very large sale. The Yucca Valley store has always been excellent. This store I always say I won't return to. Now I won't.

I was shocked to find a record with a WHITE man in BLACK FACE being sold at this thrift store. The amount of ignorance to think this is okay to have in your stock for sale is inconceivable. The area this store is located in is predominantly retired old white people so it’s not hard to see why they’d have it in stock. This is absolutely upsetting. I gave it to the cashier to be taken down and had to explain why it was wrong to have that racist imagery in their business. Not a good look whatsoever but very telling of what that business is about. Disgusting.

I like almost all Angel View stores but the vibes of this one are just a bit off. The clothing is well organized and there's a great selection as expected. The workers were just a little pushy the day I was there and that was a bit of a turn off. It could have just been a off day, but it was a bit of a bummer.

Angel View has a wide selection of items at incredibly reasonable prices. The staff is the best. Friendly, helpful and fun. The store is very clean and it is conveniently located. Looking forward to shopping again.

Worst visit today!! Card machine not working but they didn’t vocalise this when I went in so spent a bunch of time picking up clothes only to be shouted at by the older lady at the register and then ‘told off’ by Lorenzo the Manager because I wanted to pay by card! Will not be visiting this location again
