Didn't let the kids use the bathroom unless they showed a receipt even tho we got gas there, the clerk was rude. Ew.

Stopped in at this Arco AMPM to fuel up get some snacks and drinks and of course to use the restrooms. Walked over to the restroom area and there is a sign on the door that says "lock broken, door does not lock, knock before opening" are you kidding me. I had to find a family member to stand guard at the door. How inconvenient is this for someone who is alone. On the plus side store looked clean and was well stocked with all our favorite items to snack on and dink.

It should be zero stars!.......One hot afternoon I come in and tell them I put a dollar in the air water machine to the tenant and the water didn't work I go and ask the employee how do I get my dollar back and back looked up and shrugged her shoulders and continue to do whatever they nothing plus another time I go in to buy gas and they employee lectures me like a child in front of other customers and proceeds to tell ask me do I watch the news well I don't I left embarrassed and disrespected so never will I ever stop there again in my life and anybody else that cares to read Flying J forever for me

This ARCO has recently been built and from the outside looks pretty nice. We stopped for an "emergency" bathroom break for my two daughters. We enter the store to find the bathrooms are locked with a key. When I asked the attendant she said "We only have one key." I asked her how that worked when they had two bathrooms and she said that only the one key was available. So we went back to the bathroom door. A man had just come out of the gender neutral bathroom and the next lady in line went in with the key. All the while, my daughters are doing the potty dance! We had to wait for the lady and essentially left because I thought we were going to have some accidents. The gender neutral bathrooms are disgusting. Have you ever thought about having your five year old daughter sit in a toilette that has just been urinated on by a grown man. Or have you ever had to sit on a toilette to change your tampon and sat in pee from some man who doesn't know how to lift the seat? Not sure why the gender neutral toilette situation has become a thing. A movement born out of people who have never had to clean a toilette before having your daughters use it or use it yourself. How about we put a penis or a vagina on the door and instead of people going with what they identify as, they can go with what body part is used so this disgusting situation doesn't have to keep happening. Better yet make a female/family toilette and then the other one can be gender neutral? Do not stop here!!!
