I go to this store all the time on my way to work. The customer service there is top tier. The one worker there that stands out is Adriana she is very professional and always willing to help. Hands down an amazing employee that really helps make the store as good as it is!

Came in around 1pm on my lunch break , cashier rather be on her phone standing around gossiping than handling the transaction owner needs to hire better cashiers who are more professional to the public

Card reader for car wash inoperative. No sign saying so until at the reader, so had to drive thru after waiting to pay inside, after which there were 6 cars ahead of me to wait for. TERRIBLE !!!

Dont understand why this place is not letting costumers use the restroom is being out or broke for a year now, why a store this busy never lets costumers use restrooms, theres 1 employee that does let people use them but the rest of employees always refuse the restroom. Do understand things break from time to time but for a whole year now make me wonder, they probable dont like cleaning and is easier to deny the restroom to paying customers

This is usually my favorite store I've been working in the area for years however today January 3rd at 345 I had the worst experience ever I asked the girl behind the counter if they had any original rockstars she ignored me completely however there was a really nice guy working by the hot dogs he told me where they were clearly there's a sign that says 4 for $7 the clerk said no it's 3 for $8 I asked her to look at the sign she said no it rang up $8 for 3 so I paid but then I went back and looked it did say 4 / 7 so I asked her if I could get the other Rockstar she said no you should have taken it when I rang you up I can't refund you the dollar and I can't give you the other Rockstar she laughed and started talking to someone else I said but I told you when you we're ringing me up and I believe what you said next was I don't care thank you I work in the area and I have a crew of 48 guys that work construction under me I love the owner of this store but he really needs do not have girls like that that are rude customer service is everything and so is repeat business

Poor Arco, they not only won't take credit cards encouraging you to only us debt for 35 cents a pop but the block off their bathrooms, pretending to be out of order.
