Was there and got tires, waited too long, watched while multiple others cars went in and mine still parked, as mine was going in a worker said to me"its gonna be another hour" , I didnt say a word. Ive been coming here for years but might need to reconsider now.

Altho my in store experience was pretty good, I had just come from another shop that had quoted me a good price but wouldn't have had the tires in till the next day ( yesterday ), I needed tires urgently and so I went to the next shop ( here ) in hopes to find something that could be put on that day.
Got talked into going with this place after a bit of confusing mumbo jumbo about the load ratings of the tires I'd be getting from the first shop. Was told tires would be next day as well. Here I sit 2 days later still waiting. Could have had the tires from the other shop on yesterday for the same price but I already went ahead and paid here so even a refund would probably set me out another 5 days or so.
UPDATE 08/16/2024 5:55PM- So I went ahead and went down there at the "latest possible time of arrival " for my tires to be to the shop. And they of course are not in yet. . . Even if they had of been, I guess only 1 guy there can do 22" rims. And he won't be in till 8 tomorrow morning. . . Now even then we have no clue as to when my tires will still arrive. . . Like really was making a sale that important that you had to knowingly put me in a bad predicament when I could have had them done with any where else already? I expressed the urgency of which I needed them to be on that day, the next at the latest... so now I get to miss my daughters wedding in Pheonix Arizona, where I should have been 2 days ago but thanks to this establishment will most assuredly miss completely. Thanks guys good going, I'm glad my money could make your day and at such a steep cost to me. I cannot even say the things I may do to make sure they never forget this at this store. . .
UPDATE #2: 08/17/2024: and yet again full day gone by and they couldn't get my tires in. So now I get to miss a second day of work on top of the wedding. So these measly 500 dollar tires have now lost me well into the $2,000 range. I've never ever been so at a loss of how something like this could happen. Their sales person assured me the latest day would of been 2 days ago. I should have gone with americas tire depot.

Blow out on 7/17–new tire (in Passdena) Car said loosing air. In on 7/30 bring it to Cat City store. Pasadena put tire on wrong, needs replacing but loaner tire bc none in, will call when arrive. No cal but car said thread no good. I call on 8/6– it’s in. No reason for I am not called, no apology. Another 45 min wait. I ask for receipt — a pain for them.

Even though I have an appointment for Monday. I stood in lane to leave my keys for approximately 45 minutes while phone call’s took priority to people in store. I understand waiting but should have customer service available

Alright so I normally don’t give reviews unless services is exceptional or it exceeds my expectations. I have been here before and have not had the best experience but after working with Josh on replacing all four of my tires, I couldn’t say no. Once he knew what I needed and expected he worked hard to deliver. Had my car in and out of the shop that same day. And I am very grateful because it’s that kind of care and attention that allowed me to drive to work with peace of mind the following day.

This place is worse than the coachella shop. Sergio was great, but that Serg guy is unprofessional and doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s the only one who told me conflicting information against 3 other associates. He wouldn’t help me because of that. Tired of this shop.

Excellent service! I came in with a huge screw in my brand new tires that I bought out of state and these guys could not have been nicer or more helpful. They not only got me in and fixed the tire, but they did it for free. Top notch experience.

Half a star should be optional, I was lied to basically robbed for my time and money and my vehicle was damaged. All of my rims are scratched and costumer services if out of the picture. Do not visit any Americans Tires.
