So much to say about this location, the store and an employee. The parking lot has more pot holes than a war zone. The store was poorly stocked, and this location is the dirtiest store of any store I've been to. I greeted the older white employee with a hello and nothing. I tried again with "how's your day?". Still nothing, again! I said, "aren't you a friendly one?" Rebecca's response was, "her manager told her not to talk to any customer or gossip!" I don't know who needs training here, Rebecca or her manager? Oh, on previous visits to this location other cashiers have been pleasant.

Horrible customer service. I wasn't allowed to take my shopping cart outside of the store to bring my purchases to my car. I had 4 12 pks of soda along with other things. I had to go back and forth to carry it all to my car, since they also would not offer any assistance to my car.

I have been a customer for many years, many years... and I encounter the worst customer service, she doesn't greet you, she treats you poorly, it seems like you are working hard... REBECCA is her name, an older lady who is more stressed than she earns ..!!! Her attitude makes you uncomfortable, when she finishes counting she asks you, are you going to want balls, waiting for you to say no, and then she starts packing, slowly so that you can start doing it... it's not the first time I've come and this lady is here. as a cashier... we deserve friendly service, with a smile and Poot the least in good morning today is December 24th it's 8 in the morning where your Christmas spirit is...!!!!! ? ?????

Employees scalp the hot wheels before they even hit the floor. Very unfortunate and it has occurred on multiple occasions with boxes already being opened as they come out to the floor

Can’t take shopping carts out of store.Ridiculous!! Excuse was no men to go outside and get cartsThat is discrimination!! Women can go outside and get carts!! Men don’t get paid more and are not less than. Had a basket full yet couldn’t take out cart. I walked out! Lost my business foreverRidiculousness and DiscriminationIgnorance!!
