I figured in Palm Springs people wouldn’t be bothered by a gay couple , but I guess the 7 elevens here hire the same homophobic methheads that they do all over the country

Terrible experience young cashier was incompetent acting like he didn’t understand what i was saying and gave me the wrong change 1st time here last time.
He got upset when i was checking for card skimmer.
AM-PM is much better.

Come to this 7-11 usually 3-4 times a week, I’ve never had an issue with anyone until this afternoon when a new lady I have never seen was working. I ordered 2 packs of cigarettes and 2 scratch offs…twice she ran my card and said it was declined, however while standing there shocked because I know the amount of money that was in my account and she charged my card for 41.29 TWICE still saying declined. The charges went through twice. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional and someone needs to reach out before I take further action.

ATTENTION MANAGER, the employee at the cashier tonight was terrible. His attitude was overbearing and rude. I ask for a receipt for my 2 orders of Marlboros. I said it because the price was $3 more for two packs using my app on my iPhone. He argued when I asked for a bag also. He spoke to me consistently, as if I were a child. I also have a broken left arm and a bad feeling. Your other staff, have always been superb. I will only return when I see other cashiers. Your cashier Friday after Thanksgiving should be dismissed. (FIRED) When I return again, will not purchase at this 7/11 if I see him. PS: I just figured out why 2 Marlboro Special Select brands were overpriced. The guy gave me reg 100 red Marlboro and gold Marlboro 27. He gave me the wrong cigarettes and overcharged me $3.

Give credit where it's due... The girl at the counter was super amazing. She was attentive and helpful And had a great attitude about her. I didn't get her name but she was suggestive about the option of drinks and it was to my surprise very well captivating from the simplicity of it. These places sometimes don't get the service they deserve and she definitely gets the 5 stars badge. She has the attitude. Passion. Energy. Knowledge. Customer service. All 5 in my book.

August 2021 failed to have staff wear mask or shopper.we are difficult pandemic and next to a 55 older mobile home park. Boycott city policy wear a mask INDOORS.
