the person taking the orders, is rude does not let you speak speaks over your voice then she gets angry at the fact that you're ordering more sandwiches this was at the drive thru and to make it worse i was coming from out of town they charged me 2 times and just said money would be back well guess what it did not go back since it was on 2 separate cards since when they ran my first card they kept saying it was declining so i gave them another card just to see that in fact they had charged me!!!! Worst service and my sandwiches were not even made how i had ordered them they were sloppy and not toasted worst service !

went in for a quick bite.Parking: this Subway is in a small outlet mall, but still plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: if i remember right...there's only 2 blue?? parking ?️ in front of building.

Mold on my sandwich today... I've had issues before with the staff I think it was just one lady that works there. Every time I went in she was there and had the attitude of someone who absolutely hates their life. I work for a home warranty call center ok, I know customer service and I know what she provides is not it. I digress, mold on my sandwich is one that has become the cherry atop this s*** sundae. I will never eat here again... sorry let me say that a bit clearer *ahem* I WILL NEVERRRRR EAT HERE AGAIN just saying. And let me tell you it's never been the best but pretty damn good when your teen only likes turkey sandwiches FFS do better on your quality control my dudes.

This location is by far the most unsanitary Subway location I have seen. I honestly felt bad for the staff, who don't seem aware of Food Service prep procedures. When your gloved hand goes directly from the wall to the oven to a pen & paper, then to your hair and to the phone and then to the food you're making... ouch. Friends and neighbors, be advised.

Ordered 3 toasted subways through doordash. Not a single one was toasted. I contacted the store to find out why my order wasn't made the way I ordered it. Was given a bunch of childish excuses by the 2 girls who I spoke to. When I asked to speak to a manager they said it didn't matter because "the manager is going to tell you the same thing". I got upset and told them that it was stupid that they decide to just send someone whatever they feel like if they can't do the order the way it was ordered. I told them that my phone number was in the order and that they should have called and I would have simply cancelled the order. Again was given a very childish excuse of how one time they called a number and no one answered so they simply don't call because "people don't answer their phones anyways". This type of service is ridiculous and unacceptable. Subway is getting worse every year!!They put COLD bacon in the sandwiches!!!! WTF!!!! I'm going to contact the health department. These people are trying to get customers sick!!

This place don't offer restroom for paying customer. Every restaurant in Califronia have restroom for their customers. Do not dine and eat here because you won't be allowed to wash your hands or have a restroom break. Also they said that the owner mandated the closure of restroom to paying customer when I asked the employees working there. I also called Corporate office and they said that the owner made that decision on his own and its not a subway policy.

If the option to give no stars was possible, I'd do so. I ordered a breakfast sub and just as I was a little past halfway, I noticed mold on the bread. I went inside and let the employee know. The employee tried to say it wasn't, until I literally had to point it out. I am absolutely disgusted. The fact that they cross contaminate because as soon as the employee gave me the refund,(along with no apology), she continued to finish making another customer's sandwich. She didn't even change gloves. I wish I would have taken a picture, so I could've posted it alongside this. That is absolutely unacceptable.
