Debbie, the on-site manager is very friendly and helpful. The rent is a bargain considering its location. If you live in the SF Bay Area, it’s worth the drive to save serious cash for a lot of space and great customer service. Rent can be paid online through their website.
My wife and I started living full time in our RV since the COVID pandemic, and we needed a place for the stuff we can’t fit in the rig. We found this place right down the road from when our RV was parked at the Salinas KOA. Even though we’re now staying in our RV just outside Rio Vista, it’s worth it to us to keep our unit here.”

Thus you might pass the store; so drive slowly. Customer service is so friendly here. Caveat: they do not help unload boxes from your vehicle. The cost to ship a regular size LBC box is now $75 dollars (due to COVID?) they take cash or credit/debit cards for payment Overall, I am completely satisfied and recommend this LBC location. “I recently had the most amazing experience at this FedEx store. I walked in with two important packages that needed to be shipped out, and I had only five minutes left before the truck was about to leave for two-day shipping. With the holidays around the corner, I was already stressed, but the staff at this location, especially Gloria and Princess, were absolute lifesavers.
From the moment I walked in, they were so warm and welcoming. Instead of rushing me or seeming stressed, they calmly and quickly helped me pack up my items and get them ready to ship, all while keeping a positive attitude. It honestly felt like they went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect so my packages would arrive safely and on time.
Even though it was close to the cutoff time, Gloria and Princess handled everything like pros and made sure my packages got out the door without any issues. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their kindness and for making my first experience at FedEx such a pleasant one. They made the whole process so easy, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. “I've rented a private mail box at this facility for the past 10 plus years before it was bought out by the current owners. I haven't had any issues with the former and current owners as I get my mail and packages on time. I use this facility because I used to have a USPS PO Box but they didn't at the time accept UPS or FedEx packages which was a pain as I would be forced to drive to their facility to pick up my packages. The former and current owners gave me a key so I can go into their facility after hours and pick up my mail at any hour which is very coinvent. When I had a USPS PO Boxes they would closed the building after a certain hour and you couldn't get in as well the days they were closed to include holidays so you were out of luck until they open up the next day(s).”

“Marina post office went out of their way to get me the proof that my package was delivered to a wrong address. It turned out to be the Ebay seller's fault. They put the wrong address on the mailing label either on purpose or whatever the reason. The seller ignored my emails/requests, but Ebay saw the evidences that I submitted and returned me the money. Without the help from this post office, I wouldn't have been able to get a refund. Thank you so much, especially, the mailman who helped me in this matter!”
