Ignore their sign to check in at madam mist parkway. There is no one working at the shack anymore. No one bothers to update the information. Check in at coastal cooling shipping office before parking. Or you'll be required to drive back and forth. Since they can't bother to check you in over the phone. Worthless place!!!

3 pm appointment for a pick up. Got there 2:30 checked in and a 5 hr wait, for 3 skids late for 2nd pu 14 miles away. Will not take there load again!!

Long wait time , Rude & Unprofessional Staff . Normal waiting of 7-8 hours even after your appointment time .They made me wait there for 27 hours just for one skid & took 2 hours on dock to load it
