I do not recommend this place, they are there to do business, they just did the alignment work for me and after 5 months my car has horrible split front tires ? ????they don't tell you to change the damaged parts before aligning

Hadn't realized that the tires on a car not frequently driven were over ten years old. I needed a new set. I bought a very very reasonably priced set (I checked) and they were put on within 40 minutes. It took a little extra time because the special lock lug nuts fractured, they were so old. Not a problem. They handled this set back professionally and did not charge extra, which would normally be the case. I've dealt with Castroville Tire several time now and they are excellent. Very easy to work with and honest.

Great experience and the owner is a very knowledgeable tire expert and an excellent human being overall. The employee Miguel can speak both english and Spanish which helped other customers understand what they were purchasing and is also a very nice person. Great experience at the small business Castroville Tire!

I recently had a tire going flat due to a large nail that penetrated my the tire. My vehicle and tire was specialized. I was told to go immediately to Castroville Tire and they would quickly take care of your problem. I was not disappointed- Miguel, the manager, and Ray, the specialist did not hesitate to take care of the situation. They were taking care of other customer needs and yet they were able to take care of all of us. They made everybody feel their needs were priority and they were. 20 minutes later I was on the road. Thank you Castroville Tire. I will return

I called for a price on installing new tires and aliment. Was quoted 190 for both ,when all said and done my total was 220 !! His reason was he didn't know what my car was ( he asked me over the phone and I told him) that's why it's higher !! Non sense! Shady way to do business and not forthcoming! I called shops before I came here and everyone told me the exact cost why can't you! Stay away.
