We had pretty big order - blinds for our first floor, 13 windows! We found Worley's Home Design Center on Yelp and decided to contact them. Alicia got back right away.
We can't say enough good things about Alicia Arana.
She was not pushy and didn't use the typical salesman tactics used by other companies we had received a quote from. She listened to what we wanted, and proposed an amazing solution. She was very straightforward in what we would get, and what to expect during the installation process.
Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and timely. We had great communication during our work process
Our blinds were made earlier then scheduled time and we already had it installed today. Installation process was quick and everything looks very well done.
We are happy with the quality provided for the price, and professional installer.

Had a relatively simple beginner carpentry task for them; cut and nail some baseboard to the wall. I know it is simple because I am very handy but I am juggling many things and do not have the time, otherwise I would do it myself. That's how I know. However what I seemed to get was a bunch of unbelievable reasons why it would be sooooooooo complicated and thus sooooooo much more expensive. If I could tell you the reasons they gave, you might laugh. I felt treated like a stupid child. I did not believe a word. Nope nope nope. Off to look for somebody else.

Worley's replaced our entryway and kitchen floors and we are very happy with the entire experience. Very responsive, communicated well, advised us on type of flooring & colors for our home. I visited their showroom a few times and John Worley came to our home before & during the week the work was done. Alex and his crew did an excellent job! They were at our house every day at 8am sharp and cleaned up at the end of each day. We highly recommend Worley's and will use them again! Matt & Patti M.

We hired Worley's to recover two of our wing back chairs and redo our drapes in the living room and dining room. They did an amazing job on everything. We needed our dinning room chairs reupholstered and decided to try Worley's. From the time I first emailed them and received a prompt reply from Alicia, I was impressed. We are very pleased with the results. They were incredibly fast and did a great job. Our previously upholstery was worn, stained and when you sat in the chairs you sunk. We had Worley's replace the webbing, padding and upholstery and it came out great. The chairs are beautiful and exceptionally comfortable. They picked up the set and dropped them off when done -- incredibly convenient. If you take pride in your furniture I would recommend them as they take pride in their work. I hired Worley's for my window coverings on a new home here in Castro Valley. Alicia was very knowledgeable and helped choose the perfect coverings for my new windows! I would definately recommend these guys! They know what they are doing. The installers are super professional and curtious. My project was pretty big, and they finished in no time at all!

We selected Worley's Home Design Center to install our engineered hardwood flooring in our home and are extremely happy with our choice. The quality of the installation was one of our top considerations when we accepted Worley's floor estimate. Worley's crew are highly skilled. The entire crew were thoughtful and conscientious throughout the entire project. Each individual plank was expertly installed which included some challenging floor angles in one of our rooms. Worley's Home Design Center will remain on top of our list when considering all of our future home improvement projects.

Worley's Design Center in Castro Valley is amazing; like FIVE STAR AMAZING! Both my wife and I are beyond happy after we chose Worley's to do our homes entire interior floor installation some five years ago, but after a recent refrigerator water leak (which unfortunately warped our kitchen floor), Worley's again came back out and replaced our damaged floor with a perfect flooring match against our legacy flooring installation. John Worley was our principle overall Project Manager. He was very easy going, knowledgeable, patient and just someone whom you can truly trust. He helped us from the very beginning of the project process and made sure we were happy after his floor installation specialists had completed our project. John simply delivered the BEST in making SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE results happen. Additionally, none of this could NOT be possible without his two flooring specialists Alex and Jose whom work as a comprehensive fine-tuned floor laying team whom function as a magical team whom are only thriving to produce meticulous floor laying results. After 11 years I have returned to my Upholstery mother ship to have the foam redone in our two chairs. Amazingly our furniture still looks great in the wonderful Grey Plush fabric we used way back then. Great service... I could have picked them up the same day! I do not drive that stretch of road in the afternoon if I don't have to, so picking them up Monday! Devoted customer!
