I went in to get help on transferring my photos and apps after getting a new phone. I have several questions and they helped me with my account and come out with a new phone. They also took care of my aunt who needed accessories and possibly a new phone. Dhillon and Morgan were the amazing and professional employees. Will come again!

The online process is terrible. I was trying to switch to Verizon, get a new phone, and trade one in. I was on the phone for hours sorting this out over a couple days trying to figure out why my order was not processing for in-store pick up. I finally got fed up and went into the store. Dylan was very transparent, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful during this frustrating process. He did get everything sorted within an hour. Be aware that there is a $40 in store processing fee per line. Tech support line was also great.

Be careful they will charge a setup even if you request to setup yourself.I was in this store today to get a new phone. Once everything was done. I was told to pay the tax $164. I didn’t realized and paid the amount. Once I got the invoice it had a setup fee of $39.99. That I told her I would setup at home. I went back and asked Paola and she stated that we cannot wave the fee…My concern is she told me that I only have to pay the TAXES but she add the setup fee.I would not be upset if she would have told me about the fee.VERIZON Corporate should look into this. These stores are adding fees without customer consent.

Did an online order that was confirmed just waiting for email to pick up. Once I called the store regarding the status of my order a rep tried to lie and say that my order is on back order until December and that my order is just pending since they don’t have “any contact information”. Called customer service they said they have 9 devices in stock. Very frustrating I understand new lines give them more commissions but to go to that extent is just so unprofessional. In store rep also refused to let me speak with any manager or lead. I use to work for sprint I know how they play the sales game I thought Verizon was different. Might consider changing carriers now after this frustrating situation

Paola is patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. She guided me through the recent promotion & upgrade, helped me navigate the transfer from my old device, and overall took great care of me. She found little ways to go above and beyond, such as helping me claim the case I really wanted. I also heard and witnessed her with several other clients demonstrate again & again her patience and expertise. I know our phones these days are basically mini PCs, so some of the questions wander into geeksquad territory, and she does her best to assist.
