I've been with Tmobile for years but I happened to walk in and I asked the you g lady working a few questions. She was very detailed and completely sold me! I came back a week later requested Paola (is her name) and switched over 4 lines. I've heard great things about Verizon so far I'm very impressed. She made the process fast and took care of everything while multi tasking.

Great customer service from all employees working today 6/8. Thank you Perla & new trainee for helping my family and I. Its always a bummer having to spend lots on damaged phones, but you guys made the process simple & were very helpful.

They were nice and taking care of what I needed for a phone and they were friendly to their customers so if you're phone is broken or cracked go to them and they will help you out

Nick Costa was such a help as I purchased a new phone. Since I am technically challenged he was extraordinarily patient with all my questions. Nick is an example why I have been with Verizon since 1978.
If the quality of their service remains as good as Nick was today, I’ll be here for even longer.
