The people at the store have been so helpful to me. I go there at least once a week. The UPS store. The UPS store on Santa Clara avenue in Hayward is also outstanding. They smile a lot.

I can’t believe how rude one of the employees are that work here so the last time I came to do a return the Manager let me use the bubble envelope for free and so I came again to do another return and that Manager wasn’t there and the other girl that was there last time she was a little rude, but this time I felt like she was even more rude She said that was just a one time thing that this is a store and I just felt like just the way she talk to me wasn’t really professional and she could’ve worded it differently especially with the way she was talking with your coworkers. She’s so rude. She has long brown hair and should not be working there extremely rude Customer Service that’s not even Customer Service. She’s not nice at all.

I was sending a light fixture to myself. They really nickel and dime you. I was charged 8 bucks for using a couple up strips of tape. Should have sold me the roll. Box was 20 bucks , I was also charged a packing which I don’t understand since I pa led it myself. I recommend doing everything on your own and use USPS .

Super fast. No issues. I was returning a pair of shoes to Amazon. I didn't have a box or anything. They scanned my phone from where I set up return and just handed them the shoes. In and out in like 3 min. Gave me plenty of time to grab Taco Bell otw to catch the bus to work. Great customer service. No hassle. In and out. LOVED IT!!! ☺️?

I feel sorry for the Lady that works there, always I came to this location she looks frustrated and unhappy. She should find a job that makes her more comfortable.

I am well organized and dont go in with my packages un-boxed, not taped up and in disarray. I am usually in and out once I get to the counter in like 40 seconds. It usually has long lines because they offer a whole host of services and someone is asking for one of the specialized series that takes a while. For speed go to Dublin or San Ramon. But they get it done, just takes a while.

Yesterday, I needed to complete a live scan/fingerprinting. I first went to the UPS store on Fairmont in San Leandro. The employee who assisted me spent 30 minutes or more trying to scan my fingerprints without success. Finally, she told me that it won't work and I needed to get ink fingerprints at another UPS location. So, I went to the UPS store located on Redwood Road. Shanya was amazing! She told me that ink fingerprints are not accepted in California and that I would need to have my fingerprints scanned. In less than 5 minutes, she scanned all my fingers without any issues. She is very skilled and knowledgeable about scanning fingerprints. If you need to do live scan/fingerprinting, I highly recommend going to Shanya. Thanks so much Shanya!!

The majority of the people that work here are jerks for absolutely no reason. You can come in with a smile on your face happy greeting them, and they won’t even acknowledge your existence. Get some new employees.

Most importantly, Tina is the best! She has the best customer service in this store. Not all staffs are like her. She went above and beyond helping a customer getting a US passport. She deserves a raise a promotion or something.
