I am very pleased with their service. Iphone screen was cracked and camera was not working. Mr. Kwang fixed both in less than 1/2 hour at a very reasonable price. Plenty of parking right outside. Thank you sir. I will be back

I cannot say enough about U & Iphone!! 10 stars across the board….. for Service, pricing of phone/iPad repairs, ability to do what Apple cannot or is willing to do.His share of product care/options is invaluable.Owner is kind, extremely knowledgeable, great at diagnostics, patient with a non techy!! Swift with ALL repairs—He is absolutely brilliant and if it can be done, HE CAN DO IT!I am a longtime customer after finding his shop in Hayward years ago by accident. Urgently in need of help, Apple said they could not repair the iphone speaker and I needed to “buy a new phone”. While he could make no guarantees, at a very, very reasonable cost, he made the necessary repairs and it worked perfectly for the entire lifetime of the phone (until it was stolen 6 yes, SIX years later!)After dropping my iPad numerous times, he totally reamed the entire case, reshaped it and replaced the screen. Again Apple, said “no can do”He “kindly” recommended a better protective case (not purchased there) to handle the drops!A sole proprietor shop, local in CV, he knows his stuff, providing stellar service, pricing and excellent diagnostic/repairs … patient and accommodating with questions.I asked him if I needed a new phone— have an old 8— his response, “no” — it is fine!!

This guy damages your phone and then tries to avoid blame by accusing you. I went in for a cracked iPhone XR screen. He quoted me $95. I paid $104 total which included some unknown $5 fee he couldn't explain(???). He charged the phone after replacing the screen. I left with the phone working. The phone was dying and so I go to charge it...it doesn't charge. Nothing happens when I plug the cord into the phone. I call him about it. He tells me to bring it in. I bring it in, he tries charging it himself...nothing. Tells me to leave it, he needs more time with it. After 2-3 days, he doesn't call. SO...I call him. He tells me the phone is "no good". Man...I'm thinking WTF??? We're you ever going to call me? Sheeeesh. He broke it and didn't have the nerve to call me. Told me the same crap he told the other person on here.."it's the charging port, phone no good, better to buy a new one". THATS IT?!?! That's all you got to say??? You, in the process of changing my screen, damaged something that prevents me from charging my phone. I have another shop looking at it. Someone who's more experienced, reliable, and has good communication skills. BAD BUSINESS!!! I feel sorry for you, Mrs. Cuong X

My IPhone who's problem was not charging was fixed by Mr. Cuong in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommendable!

I was in need of help repairing my iPhone and decided to give this place a try as it's a local Buisness and I prefer to do local Buisness when possible. Cuong was behind the counter and was able to immediately help me with my phone issues . Total time was 15 min !! The price point was excellent and my total experience was amazing. I would like to just let other people know he's out here and he does great work . If you need repairs on your phones, tablets , etc . Please consider giving Cuong a try !!! JP

Oh Well it's my 4th time being here and this is one of the baddest worst experience ever. Consider yourself warned. On the 3rd time I was here it was January 2023 to get my IPhone 8 Plus Battery replace I was charge for $65.00 along with IPhone 8 for $50.00 total $123 plus tax. Then about 60 days later my iPhone 8 Plus starts shutting down on and off plus battery life is undetermined until it continues to shut off and on and battery not charging. So I bring it to U&I once more with Mr.Cuong I texted him and explain the issues I had the receipt with me. So he said he will take a look wait 30 Minutes so I waited. After 30 Minutes I return and the nightmare begins. Mr.Cuong Said Battery (IS NOT) the issue. The power port or charging port could be the problem or he said some circuit or chip might be be the problem if it is the circuit or chip he said forget it might as well get a new phone. But if the power port or charging port then it's $75.00 He then go on explaining about something ordering the parts something about 50% cost. He does not have the parts he need to order it. So therefore my iPhone 8 Plus is not fix and needed to return the next day to him to figure things out. He even offered me a use phone to buy from him. So I was so confused I needed my phone to work. I just had this feeling that Mr.Cuong is busting my balls jerking me around he maybe think I'm sort of stupid. After quick thinking I went to the other shop 5 minutes away called Phone Repair Pros. I told them the issues in about 10 minutes my iphone8 plus was up and working they told me the battery was damage they put temporary use battery so I could use my phone then the next day will be replaced with a new one. Paid $20.00 for it.
