I had the best experience buying a car at Rose Motorcars yesterday. The help I received from Leo and Jackie was awesome because they were professional and ethical people who earned my trust right away.
Buying a car from a dealership can be an overwhelming experience but not at Rose Motorcars. Jackie was extraordinary in the way she handled the process from beginning to end in record time and with no pressure to buy.
Everything was transparent throughout the whole process and Jackie explained everything in detail in a clear manner.
I would highly recommend Rose ? Motorcars as well as Jackie, Leo and the entire team.
Definitely a 5 star VIP experience at Rose Motorcars.

I had a great experience selling my Chevy Volt to Rose Motorcars.
The entire transaction was really easy and straight-forward.
They offered me a fair price, which was substantially more than what the Chevy dealer was willing to pay.
David was a pleasure to work with.

If this were a review about Jackie it would be 5 stars. She was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, it’s about the car they sold me and the poor response I received.
I needed a car quickly after a motorcycle accident and Rose Motorcars had a good reputation. I overpaid by about 3k, but that was okay because it’s going to local families and not a major corporation. I’ll never have this mindset again. Less than 1,000 miles and the vehicles transmission and brakes have to be replaced.
I attempted to reach out and was politely directed to their “friend” mechanic that could do the work. On my dime of course.
Extremely disappointed in this experience and while some have had positive experiences I recommend being able to afford an attorney before doing business with this company.
I intend to follow up with every channel available to hopefully prevent this company from using these practices in the future.
Update: within 100 miles of those repairs, the spark plugs, engine coils and clutch are all needing replaced. These people shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

I would highly recommend the staff at Rose Motor Cars for purchase of an EV. We were fortunate to purchase our care through the ValleyCan program.
Rose Motor Cars not only had the 2020 Chevy Bolt we reviewed but at a much lower cost than the biggest dealerships.
Our saleslady, Jackie was on top of the application process and always available for any questions. She also supplied a lender, which did the online application process, which was another plus.
The best part was the delivery of our vehicle and the pickup of our trade in.
This car is everything that we have reviewed online and the ease of operation, recharge while driving and recharge on 110 volt household is phenomenal.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Asked for an out-the-door price quote via email. Jackie responded within minutes. My wife and I drove to the dealership, pulled into the parking lot, called Jackie on my cell phone. Jackie brought the keys out, took a picture of my drivers license, and told us she'd be inside if we needed anything. We looked the car over, took it for a drive, looked it over some more. Went inside, told Jackie we noticed a couple of small issues -- front tires were worn and tire inflator was missing from the trunk. Jackie told me right away that they would replace the items at no cost. We agreed to buy the car and Jackie took 15 minutes to put the "paperwork" together electronically. It took my wife and I another 15 minutes to review and sign the "papers" on our cell phones. I wrote a check. Jackie called the next day to tell me the front tires had been replaced and the car was charging and would be full at 5:45. I stopped by at 6 to pick up the car and was in and out in 10 minutes. Jackie called the following week to tell me they had received the tire inflator and ask if I wanted to pick it up or have them mail it to me. I would definitely buy from Rose again. Jackie was helpful and friendly. Everything was quick and easy. No hassle. No upselling. No credit checks. Car is in great shape. Fair deal. Just the way buying a car should be.

Purchase a car they said had been quality checked and a sticker placed on the window but in the same day the same night the car stalled while going up a hill very dangerous situation and after after it cost me $1,800 total including finding the problem with other work i paid for, but they did refund me partially for the diagnostic to find the problem .

Heard about these guys from a friend who has purchased two cars from them. Based on his recommendation, I purchased a very clean low miles 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier (with a brand new battery) from them in December of 2023. Price was good and Jackie made the paperwork easy. Didn't realize until I got the car home that there was no key for the locking wheel lugs so I called Jackie who found a place to replace them near me and sent overnighted me a check to pay for it. Rose Motorcars give used car dealers a good name!!

Staff is nice and friendly but I would think twice before pulling the trigger. My first time not purchasing directly from an official dealership and the buying process was easy. However the car had an issue which I notified Rose motorcars shortly after the 5 day exchange period. Im surprised to already have issues with a car I just bought. If you decide to buy from them I would spend more time test driving upfront and also making sure you notify them within 5 days if something seems off. Don't just rely on their own inspection of their products. I don't think I'll be purchasing from them again.

Over 3 years ago we purchased a vehicle , for cash.Shortly after we moved to another state.The car has been great. However . It currently sits unused because we still haven't recieved the title.We have made hundreds of phone calls and even flew back toCA. We were promised many many times that it was in the mail. We sent everything requested to Elvis , several times. We were informed most recently that Elvis was no longer with them. Due to problems with DMV. They now refuse our calls and ignore messages. Due to being in another state it has been impossible to get a lost title. It's been over 3 years. We have been more than patient and understanding. I quess were going to scrap this car because I dont want anyone else to go thru this nightmare.Just don't expect help from this business if you have a problem. They take your cash and then they are done with you. .they got a one only because there isn't a 0.
