I had a wonderful experience. It’s clean, the machines are very clean as well. I have had clothes ruined from a different laundry mat here in CV so this is a refreshing. The staff is great!

I came here for work purposes and I stayed at the hotel right beside the laundry room, so I put my clothes in dryer and went back to take it around 7:50pm and they where already closed, I have to take a flight tomorrow early morning and now they are not even picking up my phone when I tried to call them. I had a very bad experience at this laundry place, very poor customer service. Don’t recommend this place, now I’ll have to back without taking any of my clothes from the laundry.

Brought large heavy comforter in for laundering. It was too big for our washer and I didn't want to waste my time doing it there myself. Dropped it off on my way in to work and picked it up afterwards. Nicely wrapped in plastic.
This place has been around forever and I'm glad they still offer laundering service.

Love this laundry mat. It's my go to that's close to home. It's clean, machines are efficient, & there is always an attendant with quarters, and very importantly there is a clean restroom available for customers only, as they keep it locked to others. Thank you for being an asset for/ to Castro Valley. Susan

Love this place. I actually leave my clothes here and feel safe. The employees are usually really friendly and they have a cleaning service aswell. Very unique laundromat. Only laundromat I go to and feel comfortable.

First time stopping at this cleaners as I needed some floor pillows cleaned. A 4-legged house guest really liked sitting/leaning on them and after an 8-day stay got a bit stained.I've passed R & J Quick Clean Center many times but never had the opportunity to use them...called up for approx pricing and was given 2 options: have them clean or I could use any of the machines to do it myself. Out of convenience and time, I had them do it (dropped off at 9am on a weekday) and it was ready by early evening! R & J Quick Clean Center is dated (it's been family-owned/run in Castro Valley since 1962) but clean with old-school customer service. Service was friendly, helpful and welcoming! I believe the person helping me that day was Sam. Thank you! Price of cleaning 2 large floor pillows (24x24") approx $26. Place wasn't busy for self service and will definitely utilize their large machines next time.Note: Bought covers to update the look a bit and easier cleaning

Really friendly associates, reasonable prices for both the machines and dry cleaning services, clean facilities with both top loading and front machines of different weight capacities. Tons of dryers in the back, lots of folding spaces, and a sunny seating area to wait.

This place is very professional and the service is quick. The two young ladies were courteous and my dry cleaning was ready on time. The price is fair in my opinion and I will be coming back regularly.
