The website doesn't work well, no one is present at the front desk, and the phone just leads to an automated messaging system. I had to wait 45 minutes just to DROP OFF my tests. Despite telling the staff that I had my tests in a bag labeled with my information, they insisted I wait.

I don’t understand how it is that my doctor sends and order over here and I get here and you ask for my insurance and I don’t have it. I ask the lady how much the tests are and she scoffs at me like I’m a poor person. I walked out and figured out how to get my insurance card on my phone and now I have to sit here as a walk in. And it’s fasted so I’m starving.

Brought my daughter in for her number 2 sample. The staff told me that they don’t have any janitors to work on disinfecting job. He gave us a jar and tool to do it at home.I have to freeze her poop in the fridge and deliver back to the lab in the next day.Here i am check in at 7:17 am to drop off the poop . It has been 20 minutes and i am not being help. This is the most inconvenient procedure i have ever seen. I am number 101 . but i can’t tell where is my They will only go by the list that people with appointments and i don’t even know what time they will get to me.Its 7:48 … I asked the staff once they open the door and the lady told me there’s something wrong with the system they didn’t know I was waiting here. So so. She finally processed my stuff. I am out the door at 8 o’clock.

I came in at 6:30 am however the website had not updated a change in opening hours, so I have been waiting in the lobby for 3 hours since a staff technician stated some of the technicians had not reported to work and thus they were understaffed. Meanwhile 25 plus patients were pack into the lobby , many of which were Fasting and had not had anything to eat . Quest Diagnostic on this day was a failed operation.

Very unprofessional!! Will have you waiting over 30 mins just to say can’t be seen!! They say they close at 430 but they don’t abide buy that !! Will not return !! Go to labcorp they are quick and professional!!

I like the techs, appreciate the care and professionalism, hate the absolute lack of parking space on site or on the road. Tried twice in two days to drop off specimen vials--drove around and around for 15 minutes. Came back next day, walked 2 and a half blocks in the drizzle from street parking, asked to leave the vials at the appointment counter, was told I would have to have 'an appointment' to drop off the containers, an appointment which could be currently scheduled for 1 and a half hours later. Left the vials on the appointment counter and returned to car parked far, far away. I am 82.

Horrible wait times with an appointment. I'm sitting in the waiting room, three employees in the back and three people in the waiting room. I have been here 30 minutes. Makes no sense.

Not sure how this place even operates or who manages a business like this. Online and on their door it says they close at 4:30. Well we came in at 4 and they told me that they close at 3:50…. I was given some excuse about having to process the samples. Well that isn’t my problem, it sounds like a management problem to me. If you say you’re open till 4:30 that doesn’t mean well we only work in the back till 4:30 it means you are serving people till 4:30 and whatever work you need to finish up after I have gone is your business, not mine! Also, the poor woman next to me came before this mysterious 3:50 cut off time (that isn’t listed anywhere) and after having sat there for over 30 minutes they decided to tell her they couldn’t help her after all. Obviously they only care about getting off early and not their customers. Change your hours online and your signage if you in fact close at 3:50!

This place have ONLY one tech is good his name is Joe. The other tech are so rude and won’t even want to help you beside couple ladies are so unprofessional.

I would give 1 star if they don't have Joe works in this lab. The ladies in this lab are rude and unprofessional. They would not try to find your vein. Also make sure to make your appointment or else you might end up waiting all day.

Wait time is too long and staff is rude! They are always running behind, even forgetting to call people for more then an hour.

I had appointment made ahead of time. Anyway after check in have to wait another 45 minutes .
