“Went here to pick up a U-Haul for my move, the day we picked up the uhaul I can't remember his name I think it was Christian he was super nice and showed us everything. The next day we went back to drop it off and it was easy breezy.”
“Easy, convenient way to get your propane tank(s) filled. An attendant is there to help you fill your tank. After they fill it up, they give you a post-it with the amount filled. Bring that into the shop and pay at the cash register. Cheaper than swapping tanks.”
“Doesn't look like much, but they do one thing, refill propane tanks, and they do it well. The cheapest quickest and most convenient way to get your propane tanks refilled in East Oakland that I've found. I save a ton of money compared to doing the tank exchange thing at gas stations or hardware stores. Looks like they have new ownership and place has been spruced up a bit, still a great bargain.”

“I was under a LOT of stress when I arrived at this location with personal family matters. I am a full-time caregiver to my Mom. In order to save money for her medical/insurance costs, we could not afford to pay for my storage up here anymore and I had only one day to empty it. I came into Uhaul with my friend to rent a truck for 24 hours to empty the storage area. Izzy, the CSR who helped us IMMEDIATELY saw that I was not in a good mental state and went ABOVE AND BEYOND by being courteous, empathetic and friendly by engaging me in conversation. Soon after, she took the time to show me available options for my budget and was honest about all fees (mileage, insurance, etc.) so I was cool with everything before signing the paperwork. Courtesy and good customer service these days are pretty bad. But this U-Haul location with its friendly and knowledgeable staff, good rates and superlative convoy of truck options are a MUST for your traveling/moving needs. I highly recommend them! - Neil”
“It's harder to find propane tank refills than I had previously assumed when searching around the area. I bought an empty 20lb tank and realized the same big box retailers only do tank exchanges, which isn't what I wanted. I was delighted to discover this dedicated propane business nearby. The people here are professional, and I was given some valuable tips on using propane. It's a great value and I'm looking forward to coming back again soon.”

“Live near by - It is a nice friendly neighborhood store but they are kinda pricey. However, every month I stop by to get my pooches dog food. For some odd reason they are the cheapest on Call of the Wild dog food. It is a high quality dog food and I was shocked they carried it, and even more shocked to find that it is cheaper here than anywhere else I have seen. As long as they are around I will be there once a month to purchase my bag of food. Also handy for quick little items you need like glue, keys, bolts or nuts.”
