My car brakes needed to be repaired. Joe explained the steps of repairs and the costs very clearly and patiently. I like how he treats the customers. I'll definitely come back here for my car issues in the future. Thank you.

First time getting service away from the dealer, saw the great reviews and gave them a call. I only needed a simple oil change, but Joe and his team made me feel like I was their most important customer of the day. They did a quick visual inspection and told me they didn't see anything that they would flag. Comfortable waiting room. In and out in an hour. If you do need an oil change and have a foreign car, I'd suggest calling them ahead of time so that they can be sure they have the correct parts for your car - they don't do appointments for oil changes so call first thing in the morning before you bring in the car.

I called Prime Automotive with a pretty significant repair and not only were they willing to take my car right away, they finished the work the same day. And their prices are very reasonable. Joey was great to work with and kept me updated throughout the day. I will definitely be going back to Prime Automotive for all future work.

The guys at prime automotive were great. I'm new to the area and it was hard to find places that can and would work on a Porsche. I gave them a call for an oil change and not only did they know how to work on the car but they broke down the price and how I would save by getting some things on my own and bringing it in. They were super helpful when I brought the wrong oil and which one I should have gotten. I'll definitely be back when I'm in need of other services on my Porsche! I would definitely recommend coming to them to anyone looking for help in a German car.

Amazing and very fast service, works on German cars also. The owner is a local CV resident and really cares about his customers. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and will not recommend any unnecessary add-ons unlike other places.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Everyone I spoke with at this shop was courteous and professional. The cost was very reasonable and the service was quick (oil change while I waited). I've been on the lookout for a new mechanic for a while. I plan to take my car back for my next oil change and also try them when I need repair work done.

I am exceedingly impressed by the quality of work and professionalism shown by this company! I took my car in because the scrape plate under my car came loose. The men working there didn't hesitate to fix it, at no charge!!!! Everyone is so kind and helpful! They made me feel valued and most importantly, safe!!! I will recommend this company for any and ALL automotive repairs to everyone! I am so grateful for their hard work!!!

Normally i dont leave reviews but the service here deserves one. The shop is honest, reliable and gives fair pricing. I had the shop fixed my starter problem and changed my batteries. Other shops in the area wanted $750 just to replace my starter. I got a new battery and a new starter for even lesser. Give this shop a try! You won't regret it.
