Employees here suck. Came in for an item for my dog, asked for change beforehand. Younger white girl looked me up and down then said no and immediately turned her back towards me. Interaction made me leave, rather than purchase the item

I'm presuming that you're asking about the transaction with Gabriella, who really didn't want to be interrupted from her chatting to assist a customer -- and as such, didn't bother to ask me if I wanted to use my rewards (which I didn't), and then, had the audacity to mock me when I told her that I'd have appreciated her asking me before making decisions about my finances. She also told me that I had to contact customer service, which I did, to resolve the issue. Little Miss Gabriella, and her attitude, is one of the reasons that I don't shop your store.

I took my high energy dog to this location to get his shots. He is a lot to handle and the team here was very friendly, patient and accommodating. I appreciate them for making me and my dog feel welcome and taken care of.

I love Petco. They always have what I need, and many times what I don't need. You know toys or fun stuff. Great place I definitely recommend.

I placed an online order. Got an email that said it was ready. I arrived 1 hour before closing. There was a note on the window . Closed. My much needed supplies already paid for unable to be picked up. That’s not good service. Pets have to eat. I shelled out $80.00 so I didn’t want to have to shop elsewhere because they probably would give me grief to get a refund.

I had a store person help me with my flea med purchase, where the lowest price to deflea my cat was $44. The website said that very store had advantageII for $15. Girl gave me an attitude, but then went to the "back" and lo and behold there it was. What a scam. Buyer beware and shop around.
