Went to purchase engine oil and I did not know the type I need. Joe helped me out picking the the right product and he also extended his services to fill it up in my car. He was very helpful and professional. Joe is simply the best and his employer is lucky to have him.

I came in here for some windshield wiper blades. As I started to look up the size I needed, a lady who worked there offered to look them up for me on her hand held pad. I only needed one, and the cheaper ones were not an option, so I got the Bosch brand. The place was pretty much empty, so the whole thing was only a few minutes, at least it seemed like that. Located in a small shopping center on Castro Valley Boulevard!!

Lauren is amazing ! She came and completely helped me replace my headlights on a 2007 Prius. It was pretty tricky and she stayed until everything was completely resolved. I wasn't expecting so much help and it really made my day. Thanks Lauren

Joe who works at night really goes above and beyond. He not only took time to help a rookie like me replace the headlight he also showed me why the one I picked was incorrect. Need more like him!

Nice local store with great customer service. I came in a little panicked because my transmission light was on. I was able to get some immediate help reading the code for the problem and then I got a confidence boost and was told how easy the part would be to change on my own. Their help saved me a large mechanic bill and I was able to quickly take care of the problem with the part they had in stock. I really appreciated the help! They also have a good stock of windshield wipers so I always know I can grab a pair during the rainy season. This place rocks and I will always come back any time I need a part or some troubleshooting help.

Even though the staff was busy, the person helping me was friendly and helpful! I can back within a couple of minutes since I needed to purchase a crescent-wrench for quick repair on my Harley. The same person who helped me earlier, reminded me that they have tools to lend for a quick repair. This lady was on her A game, I was able to replace my mirror without having to purchase another tool. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that parking was scarce. I had to park a little over 200 feet away.
