This is the worst cleaners ever. I has previously used this cleaners for 4 years before covid. I recently took a pantsuit to them that I had previously had dry cleaned before elsewhere. Went to pick it up, and she charged me $42. I was shocked. As I explained to her she should let customers know the price and let them decide. That is alot of $$ for an item that is relatively old. I was disappointed she had no understanding of good customer service, especially to loyal customers. I explained to her I would be posting a review and would never go there again. She was ok with it.

I have been a long time customer of this Cleaners. It was owned by one women and then she turned it over to her sister. They are Korean, and do not have a good grasp of the English language, but who does. They are the nicest, most honest , and very kind people. I have never had a complaint about their work or their prices, so I was astounded at the terrible reviews they have received. We have lived in Castro Valley over 50 years, and I have had some really bad experiences at some other cleaners, so I was happy that I found Manor, and I appreciate their good work.

Their services are extremely overpriced and only mediocre at best. There are many other place in Castro valley that do a better job for less money. Not worth the headache in my opinion.

Usually OK, but they wanted to dryclean some cotton items that clearly didn't need to be dry cleaned. There's a bit of a language barrier as well. The woman who waited on me wasn't the usual one (I think she's somebody's sister) and doesn't have anything invested in providing good service. I pointed out to her that one item didn't need to be ironed and she kept yammering on about how the hot press they use would not be good for it (based on the tag). So I guess they just can't wash something, dry it, then hang it up. Too much like work.
I won't be back. I'd been there before, dropped them for a similar issue, then went back.
