Generally a good supermarket. Good fish department. Prices are generally better than Safeway. Flower department is minimal.
Service has gone down to bad. 9 people in line to a single check stand and nobody to open a second or third. This is unacceptable. That's why the rating went down to 1 star.

Unfortunate and sad to say how this Lucky is poorly ran and managed.
Sale items only few packs out on the shelves daily don't bother wasting your time chances are slim.
Employees are not trained nor knows what is on sale. I asked if that was the sale item and employee smiled and said no idea.
Lately they transition their shopping carts to not leave the premises.
So sad to see how people buy grocery's but can't get to their cars, the wheel locks 10 ft away from the building.
Basically in the middle of the road.
Funny how they have shopping cart returns areas but the carts are automatically locked after 10 ft from the side walk. So many struggling to get carts away from abstraction cars from driving in the middle of road.
Best idea whoever came up with that.
Prime example on how business fails, so it's hard to support these type of business.

Why is the cart ? wheel locking to parking spot away from the store and the return cart station outside the cart zone.

Poor customer service. Understaffed. I was charged for the incorrect produce item, therefore it went over the sale limit. I had to wait for customer service since the desk was closed. When he finally arrived, he insisted on doing the adjustment his way and it was done incorrectly. I was overcharged for the visit.

They have pickles!!! That might not seem like a big deal to some, but I haven't been able to find them in large jars in ages. The staff is helpful, but the check-out lines are long.

Great Prices on Some things. I was put out by Only 2 choices for ground Cloves, on tiny container for $8.99 & a 4 inch Spice bottle for $15.99. ?Cashier was Great & very Helpful.

They’ve added liquid smoke to their fried chicken. Or something like that. It’s really gross now. It used to be pretty good for a supermarket.
