Great place to share your belongings! Staff was very friendly & available to help with all your needs. The move-in process was smooth & they have made my move-in transition very comforting. The facility is clean & secure. So happy I found this place!

We love this place! They had last minute availability to store our trailer for a few months during construction at home. Johanna has helped me out twice now with password issues (user error lol) over the phone so I could pay online. So friendly and helpful and the place is very secure. Not sure what else you'd need in a storage facility, this place is perfect!

Initial experience was uneventful and treated professionally. Several months in, an event occurred which wouldn't allow me access. Had to deal with after hours company who after some lengthy conversations gave up a emergency access code. No one seemed to understand why the code problem. I expected someone to reach out when onsite staff should have been informed. No one did. Several days later the same issue popped up. Again I had to reach out to after hours personal whom were less than professional. My four star review is catered to Johanna's (onsite manager) who once I informed, sat down and diligently looked into the problem as well as corrected it. She is a well versed hard working need to please kinda person. I hope corporate reads this review and rewards Johanna's performance and investigates after hours staff company and policy.
