My praise for this business is endless. It is not only their tax expertise which impressed me but their attention to detail in preparing our business and individual taxes for 2022. Our long time accountant suffered a heart attacked, had major surgery and as a result was unable to carry out his accounting duties. It was three weeks before the deadline 10/15 that I rang this business in desperation on a Friday evening. Mr. Rao picked up the phone and patiently listened to my predicament and calming stated "Yes, I would like to help you." I cannot express my heartfelt gratitude. As we methodically worked through the preparation, my respect for this tax and consulting firm continued to increase. My husband and I have decided to engage this group on a permanent basis. This is my second time filing taxes with Flex Tax and I'm planning to come back next year. After somehow messing up my taxes in 2020 (I received a penalty that eventually got removed, but it took me forever to figure that situation out), I decided that from now on I want to trust my taxes to professionals. This year I worked with Will - he scheduled a quick consultation, answered all my questions, and prepared everything within less than a week. These guys are very prompt and efficient, I already received both returns and I can forget about taxes until next year. Great experience overall.

I used this tax service a while ago. It was okay similar to HR block, but more costly. There are various people at this agency, so I'd make sure you're looking at the specific person this review is tied to.Service was a little lack luster. Response time was pretty slow even using their proprietary website. If you actually need service versus a drop off and forget it mail in service then I'd look else where.I would use a free tax service as a comparison. compensated rating notification so I'd take the high reviews with a grain of salt.

Flex Tax and Consulting Group is always very responsive and informative. They take the time to answer all of my questions and give me the property guidance. I have used them for filing annual taxes, estimating quarterly taxes, assessing AMT/tax implications for exercising ISOs, selling equities, and managing IRA contributions.

Scheduled an initial call. The associate I spoke with mentioned he would send me an email with next steps on engaging with the firm after our discussion. After a week without receiving an email from the associate, I scheduled another call to explain the services I required and discuss next steps. No one reached out to me for the follow-up call. In hindsight, it's best it turned out this way - I'd hate to engage Flex Tax and Consulting Group for tax services and potentially be met with missing follow-up items, missing filing deadlines or inability to reach a company representative.

Have been Alex's client for many years. Flex Tax is your one stop shop for all the tax and accounting needs. I have tax issue for 2018 return, IRS miscalculated my tax payment. Alex and Will keep following with me for years !! And I got my refund check today from IRS. Long battle with trustful professional as a partner is super important. I had some issue with my fax return few days before the deadline, desperately needing some professional help, I reached out to Flex Tax. Their tax filing team responded real fast. My tax return extension was filed immediately on a Sunday night. After receiving all my documents, they prepared all the forms in less than 2 days, and everything was reviewed and submitted right after. I was able to receive my state return in just a week. Used them for my 2021 personal return. Saved me a good deal of money over H&R Block online, even after accounting for the extra cost. Good communication, fast service. Portal makes it pretty easy. They probably could have asked more questions - we both missed my property tax payments in the first go round, which maybe they should have flagged since I had mortgage interest. But all in all, I plan to use them again next year. It's good to finally have a tax advisor in the area.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Flex Tax for the price. I used Yelp to look for tax preparers pretty late (mid-March), and so many companies were already full, but Flex Tax responded immediately, called me, quoted me a fair price, and completed my tax return quickly. Very good communication, which was especially important for me this year because I'd just bought a house and I knew my taxes would be more complicated then usual. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

For context: I reached out to this team last year (July 2021) because I knew that my 2021 tax will be a mess. I got on the phone with Will and I explained to him what my situation is and what I am planning to do with my ISO and NSO shares at work. I asked Will and his team to project how much tax will I incur from my exercising and selling my ISO/NSO shares. After our call, Will introduced me to his colleague, Alex H. Alex immediately started working with the projections that I had asked for. I was incredibly surprised when Alex asked me for 3 scenarios that I would like him to project. I provide the 3 scenarios to Alex and I uploaded all of my documents using their secured portal. After a few days, Alex provided me an excel sheet and 3 tax return drafts. The excel sheet contained the breakdown of his calculations and the tax return drafts show what my 2021 tax return will look like based on the scenarios that I had provided him. Included in the tax return drafts are the estimated $ amount that I will likely pay the IRS. 3 weeks ago: I reached out to Alex 3 weeks ago to file my taxes. I provided Alex with all of the necessary tax documents. After a few days, Alex completed my tax return and sent me the final result of my 2021 tax. I was incredibly impressed by how close the project that Alex drafted last year to my actual 2021 tax return. The $ figure from his project was only a few hundred dollars away from my actual 20221 tax return. I was incredibly impressed by Alex's work and his attentiveness to my questions. He answered all of my questions with details. At one point, he ended up calling me to thoroughly explain his answer. That to me is going above and beyond his duties! Because of the details and effort that Alex had put into projecting my 2021 tax, I was able to set aside the money to pay Uncle Sam! I highly recommend this team!
