I sincerely believe it’s an act of justice to let potential customers know how disappointing my experience with “Engravit” was.I requested some art (praying hands and some flowers) on a commemorative plaque to present at a memorial funeral service.Sam took the order; he drew on a piece of paper the artwork I liked. But what I had written was in cursive and in Spanish; He told me to change the words to regular fonts so he would understand it.I came back with the message with new fonts. This time, Michelle looked at it and said she would send me an email for me to check every word because she wanted to make sure she transcribed the message properly. I checked it and made a minor correction on the writing.Remember, Sam had taken the order and had made notes on the art work I requested, as far as I knew Michelle was making sure the spelling would be correct.When I went to pick up the plaque, it did not have any artwork. When I asked her, she very condescendingly said, “you didn’t remind me of the artwork” I explained that Sam had taken notes and in the original order, I stated what I wanted. She insisted again and again that I did not tell her so it was my fault. When I pushed the issue, she admitted that Sam told her about the artwork after the plaque was made, but still insisted it was my fault for not telling her about the artwork. She said, when I approved the email, I was approving the final product.In her email I was approving “the spelling” only. Sam (I Thought) had already taken care of the art and I thought it would be added.Anyway, she offered no apologies, she only made sure I was to blame for not reminding her of what Sam admittedly neglected to tell her.Bad service, bad demeanor, not professional. it’s very disappointing!

I was told they don't do "one or two pieces" for an embroidery inquiry I had for my kids' sports bags. After reading the other reviews, it appears they do indeed work on small orders -just not mine. Super disappointed. Unfortunately, now I have to take my business outside of CV.

I approached Engravit about a custom engraving job for a project of mine. The owner was confident they could do what I requested and their estimate was quite affordable. Engravit exceeded mt expectations in every possible way. The results are better than I could have hoped for. The project was completed quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend anyone in the area use Engravit for their engraving needs.

I have gone here to have plaques made and gavel bands made, and they are always easy to work with, and have always done a good job. Cost is very reasonable, and I will continue to go here as long as they continue to be open.I have used their services now for quite a few years, and they have always met my needs. If there was a question, they communicated quickly, and let me know what possible solutions were.I highly reccomend them!

Nice people and good service. Only knock on this business is the inconsistent hours of operation. Call ahead to make sure they are open before you show up at the door. Quality work delivered on time.

Michelle and Sam are very helpful and they do excellent work. I had a plate engraved and was extremely pleased, so I ordered another item from them a d had this engraved as well.
