My mother and I have been going to Don and Linda's since 2000. When I became an adult, I started to go too. Years later, I only trust Linda with my taxes and have driven as far as Monterey for her services. Great staff and I love the kitties in the office :)

I have been using Linda to do my taxes for over 15 years. There's no one out there better than her! Quick, efficient and she makes sure everything is done right, so you get the biggest refund possible.

I have only ever been to Don and Linda's and it is the only place I will ever go. They are fast efficient and have never made an error. They are extremely busy so if you need an appointment make sure you call early! I love them !

I've been coming here for years, even back when Don was still here. They are fun people and not your typical "Tax Preparers". Even though I hate having to do my tax return, the crew here always makes it more enjoyable

Wanda is prompt and polite, a pleasure to speak to. However, this was my first experience with someone else preparing my taxes, and it has not been a good one. My taxes are simple, I am single and don't own any properties. I have never had an issue preparing my own taxes, but this year I owed quite a bit of money. I am in a profession which allows for a lot of deductions, so I reached out to see if I could reduce the amount I owe. We were unsuccessful, but that is not Wanda's fault. The problem: Wanda filed my taxes with an incorrect address, and 'Don & Linda's Tax Service,' where I visited Wanda, offers no help/reconciliation. I am now unable to register my bank account info with the IRS to receive my relief check. Times are hard... I am so sorry that I spent nearly $100 to have my taxes filed incorrectly. Mistakes happen, but to be in many words told "sorry, you're SOL," is very upsetting. Poor practice. Won't be returning ... Read More

It was the last few days of tax season and I looked online to find a good tax service. When I called don and Linda's tax service the woman who answered the phone was the most disrespectful and condescending "person" I have ever spoken to who represents a business. I said I was looking to make an appointment to have my taxes done and the women kept asking if this was a joke and who I was and that tax season was about to end and kept going on and on. I asked if this was don and Linda's tax service and she said yes and these are the last days. All I wanted to know was if they had openings for an appointment and she pretended to think I was joking and berate me for being late with my taxes. It was so clear that this "woman" was overwhelmed with her tax service at the deadline and her pet peeve is people doing their taxes late and felt that gave her the right to be absolutely horrid and pathetic to me. have used don and Linda's for decades...recently moved to TX and will continue with linda since TX has no income tax. she is FAST and SUPREMELY COMPETENT...have NEVER been audited.

I've been going to Don & Linda's for 27 years now. Linda is very efficient and extremely knowledgeable with all your tax needs. I've referred several people and they've all been very pleased. I highly recommend Don & Linda's. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Linda is the best! She runs a super professional business and always gets me back the most in my tax return. I've been coming here for over 5 years and I would recommended her whole team to everyone! You don't even need to make an apt. You can mail her your info and she will handle it. She's amazing!
