Direct Sales Floors has one of the worst post sales support I ever experienced. They installed *************************** blinds in our house. However three of them broke. I reached out to them to Apr/23 through email and followed up a couple times. No Response. I gave up and eventually another blind also broke. This time I called them 3 times before someone picked the call. They took my complaint and promised to call back - no call back. I had to call back again and repeat the complaint again. They said they will look into it and after 3 days the owner (***) called up and asked me to send videos. I promptly sent them the same day. Again no response for days. Had to keep following up. It is such a poor experience.

Showroom with lots of options. Amanda was very helpful looking at window coverings, carpets, and linoleum. Will be going back when we make a decision on the direction we are going.

Amanda has made the experience of preparing my parent’s home for sale easy and even pleasant! The Carpet One network made it easy for me to select flooring from out of state. Amanda’s responsiveness and professionalism made this interstate transaction totally stress free. The flooring is absolutely beautiful and the home is move-in ready!

My initial visit to this business went well. We chose the flooring we liked and set up a free estimate in a reasonable time. The estimate was completed. We waited five days with no quote. When we finally called, no action had been taken at that time. No follow up call has taken place after two days. I find this indifference to be unprofessional. I have moved to a different store.

I had a kitchen flooring project and had no clue on how to get started. I'm so glad I found Direct Sales. The helpful, attentive direction from Dan and Joe made the process so much easier for me. Highly recommended!

We were enthralled with the beautiful new carpets installed in our home by Direct Sales Carpet One. In particular, we were very pleased by their two installers for their outstanding craftsmanship, their dedicated work ethic and their friendly and most helpful service. They completed the job in 2 and 1/2 days, as planned. Then, they provided a thorough cleanup and left our home looking fabulous. We told them that we would be very happy to have them return for any future projects simply because their work ethic was so outstanding.If future customers could somehow get an understanding of the kind of the high quality workmanship and friendly professionalism they may expect from their installers, that might be all the advertisement they need for increasing their sales.

Joe and Amanda made this an excellent experience. Joe helped us make the right choice of great quality carpet that fit our budget. Amanda was able to get us on the calendar quickly and gave us great customer service. The installers did a great job and moved our furniture with care.

So I had two appointments with a sales person... who flaked both times. On Monday he called because he didnt have the required tools... so he rescheduled to come out on Wednesday.... Same time. Between 4:30 to 5:30... Wednesday 5:35 rolls around. I have absolutely NOTHING TO DO RIGHT... I dont need to run to the store.. or anything. The guy again doesnt show up no call. So I text him. He finally calls claiming there was this giant accident on the freeway and that he has two flat tires.. .. But on his call its totally quite, sounds like hes calling from his home no noise, no honking.. This dude was a total flake. Ive been in sales. You call your client. So even if there were an accident why didnt he call me earlier... This sales person is a total flake... Scott Anderson by the way..

Direct Sales Floors is part of our insurance company’s Premier Service Program. We chose this company to repair our water damaged hardwood floors. From the first phone call I made to Direct Sales, I had the best experience speaking with Yami. I had so many questions about the process of my claim and she patiently answered each of them. The process of renovating our hardwood floor was fully explained by Yami as well. She would respond in a timely manner either by phone or email. Yami took into consideration our temporary accommodations and packout schedule before the work was to begin. As was promised, the hardwood floors were done in one week. Sam and his team are hard workers, kept us informed of the work, and cleaned up at the end of the project. The best part about our dealings with Direct Sales was their ability to give us choices and flexibility. I give Yami and her team 5 out of 5 stars!

Very easy to work with. They helped us pick the type of flooring that worked best for our space and budget. Then we had a variety of colors and textures to choose from. The online software helped its make a decision about color. The shortest part was actually the installation.

Job started in mid Nov 2020. If you want a good sales pitch this is the place to go. But the workers they sent was as if they came off the Home Depot parking lot. It took six days to do a 600 ft.² flooring job. The first crew they brought, I told them to leave, which Is something I never had to do before. The first day First crews project manager came to my house, he just dropped off the supplies and did not return. Because we were asking why no one was working on the floor the project manager sent a worker to do basically nothing and he just waited around our house for the project manager to come pick him up. The first crew that came leveled the wrong area of the floor and did not listen to my husband when he told them it was the wrong area to be leveled. The new baseboard I ordered was not painted. Then they painted baseboard with one coat. I had to give it another coat. The first crew put in all the underlayment which trapped the moisture. We called David regarding issue and he did not call back. There were quite a few instances that were very distressing. Joe and David had to come out a few times. In the end my floor was Not leveled where I asked. Every day I have to walk by that area which is Not leveled. It is a constant reminder of how a simple flooring job can go so wrong. Another crew came out to correct the leveling and flooring areas the first crew messed up. The new person did a good job considering he was fixing the first crews mistakes. He also mentioned that underlayment is supposed to be laid a little at a time as you put the flooring on to avoid moister being trapped. There was absolutely no flooring left. I had asked Joe to please order me another box of flooring which I have been waiting for since November and still have not received the status even though I have asked. Once they got my money apparently they forgot about me. I was going to go with S&G carpet in San Ramon. I really wish I did. The whole experience with the workers was very distressing. I've had other flooring companies do flooring and carpet throughout the years with no incidents. I have never been so disappointed in workmanship and service. I give them one star for good sales pitches. It seemed like they were trying to work with us but the damage was already done.

I love my carpet!They have so many carpet options to chose from it's almost overwhelming. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and give you the information you need to make a good decision without pushing you towards a sale. All pricing is transparent so there's no guessing which carpets are in your price range. We were very happy with their service and installation (which was pretty quick but looks great!) as well as the carpet itself. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Scott was very helpful. We were looking at vinyl flooring, but they seem to have a good selection of all kinds of flooring. They also carry decorative tile and window shades.
