“Patelco is the best Credit Union and personal bank you can find! They do an excellent job of protecting your digital transactions. Best customer experience of any bank I've used in the past 30 years. They also have a top notch fraud investigating team. I recent had my card number stole while shopping at a small SF retail shop. By the time I got back to my car, Patelco was calling to alert me that same card was trying to purchase an iPhone 14 and the SF Apple store. Thank God for the good folks at Patelco! I feel confident when using there Mastercard card to make purchases :)”

“The folks working here are always professional, kind, and helpful. One told me he was about to leave for lunch when I asked for help, and he decided as soon as I told him what I needed--to change my password for online banking since I got a new phone recently--that he'd get lunch afterwards. With all the bank branches closing, I worried this location would close, too, and I rely on it to pay my rent with cashiers checks (only $5 each)--the employees assured me their location won't be closing, so if you're in the area, sign up for an account there!”

And I arrived 8 minutes before closing and they were actually still open till 6pm. Which is what the time are stated online and did not close 5-10 minutes early like others do!!! “My husband has been a member for years, and we recently financed an auto loan through Bay Cites. We compared rates from other financial institutions and even through Tesla's financing. The rate we received at Bay Cities was the best! I'm talking rates that are 1.5%-2% lower than others. There is also incentives for setting up automatic payments and purchasing an EV. Our loan officer, Aurora Domingo helped us through the entire process and made this experience amazing for us both. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, immediately corresponded to our emails/texts, and ensured our loan was all taken care of. We are so impressed by the service we received from Aurora, we will be sure to use Bay Cities again for any other auto loans in the future!!”
