I just had the worst drive thru experience in my 33 years on this planet. I will never, ever come back to this location again. Way too many disappointments going back way too long. Shame on me for not doing this sooner

I tell them my order,then I get up to window n he asks me again what I ordered n said you said no lettuce right,I said no both chicken sandwiches reg but only one no mayo.i just don't understand it somet8.es,all tho it's probably ly just another test.

Service was horrible. They took forever to deliver my window order at least 15 mins not a lot of customers I thought they were making my order fresh. The nuggets were awful and cold. The sandwiches looked like they had been sitting out and they just warmed them up. The fries had no salt and Luke warm. Unfortunately they did not provide a receipt (perhaps on purpose) for me to properly fill it an online survey. Tried to call the store for store# but their mailbox was full. Never again!

Was the first time coming here. Realized we had two items missing from our order when we pulled out of the driveway. Hubby went in, asked for his diet coke with no ice. He got coke with ice. And then had to go back in after seeing we were missing our jalapenos poppers.

Drive through worker kept xutting me off while I was trying to order to the point I had to ask them to please wait a second so I could change the krder since they didnt have a product on it. The food we got taste very funky. The chicken nuggets were as expected but both burgers eaten by two different people taste as if either it was messed with or the food had gone bad.

Fast food doesn't apply here, when I went through the drive-thru( big mistake) when I ordered my food I was clean shaven, and when I finally got to the pickup window, I had a beard. Oh one more thing. spicy chicken sandwich sucked.
