I had a problem with my cat. In the morning I saw him limping. I called my regular vet they could see him for 3 weeks. I called another vet they couldn't see me for a month. They both said go to emergency vet well that would be 300.00 just to walk in. Boulevard vet took me at 3pm that day they took care of him. He's all better now after a few days. So when I was there I made appt for my other cat. For shots. Great friendly people. This will be my regular vet now.

Everyone is very nice, from the reception to the technicians to the vets. They’ve taken very good care of my doodle who has a never ending battle with allergies.
I feel comfortable with the personal there.

My usual vet since I've had exotic pets (rabbits, lizards) and they're willing to work with those. Lovely people, skilled veterinary care.

Cannot sing high enough praises. The staff was all incredibly sweet and accommodating. I had gotten my appointment date and time wrong and they still managed to get me in when I showed up. They were incredibly understanding of my financial situation and let me think things over and helped make sure I had everything I needed for my pet insurance (and even asked how it went on our follow up phone call!) Dr. Parvizi was very warm and friendly and they even gave my kitty a chance to warm up and come out of the carrier on her own instead of immediately dumping her out like a lot of places do. The receptionists were enthused by my literal list of questions and so incredibly helpful. Thank you all so much as a human with past veterinary trauma y’all made this great for both kitty and me!!!

We have been going to Boulevard Pet Hospital for years, Dr. Schuchman was a true compassionate vet and pet whisperer. We stayed through the transition to Dr. Judge who was also kind and present. Additionally the front staff team is phenomenal. However, the change to being part of a corporation has left us disappointed, worried and searching for a new vet. Yesterday I had specific questions about my cat's care and the front staff team asked the Dr. (Dr. Parvizi) to talk with me about it. He came out and promptly mansplained to me that he didn't look at my cat because I "hadn't requested a consult" and made sure that I knew the problem with the care was my not asking for the right thing. At a prior visit a different "relief" doctor who looked at our cat's eye had made a comment about how Persians (with the flat faces) are money makers for them because they so easily injure their eyes. So, we will not be coming back unless/until they hire doctors that care for animals as real beings and not as money makers. Gross.

Avoid at all costs. After explaining to the tech that my young cat had a history of being abused.
The cat was taken back to another room for weighing and temperature check.
The cat came back wrapped in a towel. No fever
at which time he ran into his carrier, panting in distress. A rectal thermometer who does that in 2024! (Wrapped in a towel, you abused him.
Then came the vet fine. Cat needs a rabies shot, possible fleas, and his eyes will give him some drops, discussing his red gums and some brushing. Off goes the cat.
40 minutes later, it's a crisis. we need to do lab work for your cat it's not normal.
Let's work up the pricing.
Meanwhile, the cat is sitting in its carrier somewhere in the back. I go demand my cat 10 minutes later out comes the cat and antibiotics take this here is his flea treatment, and the test costs.
I have again to demand what I originally came in for eye drops.
Zero zero concern for my pet. You traumatized him!!!

My experience started with another Vet caring for my pooch with ear issues/infections. Was treated multiple times and the issue was never cleared and the continued suffering and Shaking was too much. I asked to see the current Vet and was not able to get an appointment for another 13 days. The Vet stated you can be put on a waiting list and call every morning at 8am for cancellations. She also gave me the option that if that did not work, you are more than welcome to seek another option for care which I did. Boulevard was able to see my pooch same day I called and did a thorough exam and provided a detail care plan with antibiotics for our pooch. She is now on the mend with antibiotics.
Thank you Boulevard for seeing us on a moments notice and caring for our pooch!
