Had Boulevard Auto refresh the entire suspension, brakes, along with a few sensors in the engine. Excellent work with no issues at all. Highly recommended.

This is a great repair shop. Nice and helpful employees. I have now taken two of my cars here. Every time, they deliver more than I expect: from lower than expected costs, advice on extending the life of my car, or helping me determine necessary vs nice-to-have repairs.

My car needed some serious work and I came here to get it looked at, honestly they're one of the most genuine folks I've ever worked with. The price is right and their response are quick. Even when they didn't have parts in stocked, they made sure they went out of their way to get it for me in the time frame that I needed as well. I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended to those who need any type of service done. Fahad and James really know how to take care of their customer !!! Love love love !!! Thank you again !!!

Terrible, expensive. I was trying to get an estimate and it was 300 to change a headlight bulb and an oil change. No one will help you because their office door is still closed for reasons unknown. The mechanics will yell at you for asking a simple question like how long it will take.

Reasonable pricing, quick response. Fully transparent on which fluids I wanted changed into my s2000. Would definitely come back for any maintenance that I cannot do myself.

Boulevard Auto was my mechanic for three years. They serviced three of my vehicles. They put the wrong rotors and pads on the brakes on one of my vehicles. This was discovered when I took my vehicle to a shop that specializes in brakes. And I also took my vehicle to the dealership. They both came to the same conclusion. I sued Boulevard Auto at the Superior Court of California County of Alameda Hayward Hall of Justice and won. Boulevard Auto appealed the case. They didn't show up. They lost the case and I was awarded the cost to repair the damage they caused and an additional $1k. They are now refusing to honor the Notice of Entry of Judgment that was entered on October 6, 2022, against them.

Fahad and the team at Boulevard Auto are great. They took care of some issues I had with my car without any problems. They replaced a headlight, fixed a bolt issue, and mounted a new steering wheel. We've had 2 other cars serviced here and they do a great job each time. Highly recommended.

Clear communication, easy to manage their evaluation form on their website, received a quote in my email very quickly. Enjoyed every interaction I had over the phone and in person. Excellent customer service, explanations that are clear and easy to follow, and they even sent me a photo of the damaged part. I am not a car person and my Subaru Forester is from 2003, still I got no attitude about my old car and enjoyed the Infectious enthusiasm that Fahad (manager) and Max had about what was wrong and how they fixed it. And, it ended up costing less then anticipated. I really like these guys!
