Bought one thing and they charged my card over 3x the amount. Had to file fraudulent charges with my bank. I won't ever go back to this place.

I come here about every week and half or 2 weeks. I would say I’m a regular. I needed a puff bar one day ~25$ and I asked the owner if I could get a small discount cuz I was a little broke, he was haggling but whatever and he said sure. So we agreed to 20$. He rung me up and I saw I got charged 26$ and I said hey bro I thought you said 20$? He said well you were lying to me. He was on the phone and laughing in my face. I went home and realize it was the wrong flavor so I went back, when I walked in the store, guy had his pants half down. Like have some respect. If you didn’t want to give me a discount just say that don’t lie to me. He tried to give me a 5$ cash but I told him I don’t carry cash. I just gave it away.I appreciate the fave he somewhat tried to make it right but still. Came another time after this to buy a stizzy pen and he pulled out about 6 boxes or so. I got one and charged me 35$ but on the box itself it said 24.99 and I told him. And he got so mad and said whatever and charged me 25$. Came back maybe 3 or 4 days later and I asked to get another stizzy pen, I’m thinking you know same products cuz it’s only been a few days yet he pulls out the most expensive ones and I asked for the 25$ one and he said he didn’t have them which was hard to believe since it’s only been a couple days. As a business owner I get that you’re trying to make money don’t get me wrong but haggling and lying like that is not cool especially to loyal and regular customers. I would just go to trophies which is only 10 steps away from now on. You guys lost business.

Like most smoke shops they have everything you would come to expect in a smoke shop. A lot of times in smoke shops. You can bargain with them. Thankfully this is one of the place that you can bargain with because they are a bit overpriced. I only go here if it's literally on my way somewhere and I need something there's a Head shop across the street. I will say this is much better than that one

Rude customer service- just called for a simple question and the man literally hung up on me! Save your money and go elsewhere where they treat their costumers nicely.

I've been coming here for years and can't speak highly enough about this place. All of the employees are incredibly nice and helpful. When they haven't had a product I was looking for, they've sought it out. I've really never seen customer service on this level for this type of establishment. I moved out of Castro Valley but still regularly make the trek because of these guys. Great prices and friendliest staff!

I honestly love this place. I live right down the street from them and they are really cool guys who work there. They always make sure the customer is happy and all the bongs they have they are awesome to look at
