i used B.A. services in 2018 which went well. i called them back to get an additional split unit installed in October, but i never got a call back or follow up quote; i called into the offices to speak to the rep, but i never got a call back. it's pretty disappointing, but they got money out of me a few years ago, so maybe they don't need my business anymore. time to move on and find another vendor.

One day I was walking my dog and I was cross the street and I look both way. As I was crossing the street, I look up and this business company van almost hit me and my dog. When I call the business to complaint the owner of course agreed with the drive. The Van almost hit me, and couple of drivers stop to see if I was ok. Why would I hire a company the doesn't care that one of their drivers hit me and my dog. Be very careful when you hire this business, be very careful!!

11/06/24. This is the fourth project that B.A. Morrison has done on my residence. Construction Supervisor Dylan's supervision was truly impressive, tending to every detail: staffing, supplies, oversight, coordination with the county inspector, and many other tasks. He was patient, communicative, flexible, and visited the job site personally usually twice a day. Carl, the principal workman on the project, cannot be commended highly enough. Carl's range of experience in every phase of this project was nothing short of remarkable, whether it was plumbing, tiling, painting, or any other task. There was no problem that Carl could not solve out of his extensive experience. He was knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and helpful above and beyond, accommodating, and displaying a remarkable attention to detail. He took great pride in his work. Nelson, Miguel, and Ivan too were efficient and hard working. They kept the job site clean after each day's work, and arrived punctually at the start of each day's work. Punctuality is a rare quality these days, but every day, like clockwork, the B.A. Morrison truck(s) pulled up just as my clock was chiming 8 a.m.! B.A. Morrison is clearly dedicated to providing a superior product. The project was completed more quickly and with fewer complications than I had anticipated.

Still dealing with the mistakes that these guys left me with. If you want working AC this is not the way to go. They are expensive for their service as well. Painful to deal with all around. If you want working heat these guys can get you going. This they know about. They're still expensive and painful to deal with, but you will end up with working heat.

I have been so impressed with their customer service. I have a commercial building that the system was leaking. We are doing Qtr. maintenance to keep it going as long as possible. They techs are always helpful and have the experience. I appreciate all you do !

B.A. Morrison is an outstanding and honest company. We used their services twice already and every time they delivered excellent service. The first time was for an A/C unit we installed for our house that never had air before and the second was for a leaking pipe from an out-of-commission sprinkler system. Rather than perform unnecessary work they simply capped the pipe and turned off the water to stop the leak. Five stars all around.

If you are looking for a reliable contractor who will work with you on a project, B. A. Morrison is for you. They put in a new heat pump/AC system with a HEPA filter system for our whole house. They recommended a heat pump over a traditional furnace and AC since we have solar. It saves us money, works great, and during all the wildfires we were able to breathe clean air! They replaced our ducts as well. They cleaned up well afterwards. Not the cheapest contractor, but reliable, trustworthy, and good quality work!

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at BA Morrison for the installation of a new heating and cooling system in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everyone involved in the project was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the end result.First and foremost, I have to give a special shoutout to Joe, the sales rep who initially helped me navigate the various options available for my home. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered by BA Morrison, but he was also an excellent communicator who took the time to listen to my needs and answer all of my questions thoroughly. He made the whole process easy to understand and helped me choose the perfect system for my home.Once the installation process began, I was blown away by the timeliness, professionalism, and cleanliness of the entire team. Enrique, Nelson, Abel, Steve, and Miguel all worked tirelessly to get the job done efficiently and effectively, while still taking the time to ensure that every little detail was taken care of. They were respectful of my home and my time, always arriving on time and leaving the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day.Overall, I can't recommend BA Morrison (and this specific crew) enough for anyone in need of HVAC installation or service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are completely satisfied with the work they do, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. i have used these folks in the past, including a new ac installation. Called to get quote/estimate for thermostat replacement (had original thermostat to house). Quote came within 5 hours. Set up appt. Came out two days later and completed install/replaced thermostat. While they weren't the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive either. In and out in less than an hour. If you want competent, respectful and professional work done (reasonably priced), call these folks.Services: Thermostat repair
