I was very hesitant to write this review as I've came here multiple times with no problem. It was Christmas Eve, The Bimmer Guys were closed and I needed a quick oil change before I drove to San Diego, so I went to Pep Boys and got it done. As I get back from my travel, I notice there was a huge puddle of oil, so I took it back to Pep Boys and they admitted that the technician "forgot" to change the oil plug and fixed. But even after this, the oil was still leaking so I just took it to The Bimmer Guys explaining to them the situation and gave over my vehicle for another oil change. They did an oil "change", and I was quickly on my way. Two weeks later, I noticed there was still fresh oil stains under my car accumulating. I began to worry that something expensive was wrong with my car. So, I took it back to The Bimmer Guys and they told me that my oil pan needed to be replaced due to Pep Boys stripping the drain plug & was told it was completely unsafe to drive. I asked them why they didn't let me know about this when I got my oil changed last and they quickly turned a blind eye.
Very furious, I immediately took my car over to Bimmeronly in Fremont where I had got the oil pan replaced a year ago and explained it needed to be warranted. Bimmeronly checked my car out and adamantly told me there was absolutely no issue with the oil pan. I told him that this couldn't be true because there was oil leaking under my car after changing the oil twice and Bimmer Guys diagnosed it as such. He had no idea why they diagnosed it the drain hole wasn't even damaged. I didn't believe it at first, so I told him to torque the drain hole and I'll get a new oil change if it wasn't faulty. We went ahead and did this and he 100% found no issue with the drain plug and told me the fill plug is stripped due to reuse also noting the oil being dirty, and that they used a non-BMW oil filter. I took a look at the oil, and it was indeed filthy. I used to take my BMW here all the time without a doubt in mind, but this time they tried to take advantage of a situation by falsely claiming that I needed a new oil pan which costs well over $$1k. He later apologized for "dropping the ball" and refunded the money for the new oil change. Gracefully, I haven't had any issues with the oil leaking since.
This entire experience was extremely disappointing, and I can no longer recommend them due to their recent service and lack of transparency.

did eval before starting requested work and gound repairs would include sooo much more so instead they contacted me and went over it to try and save me money.
team knew how to use all their tools and do honest quality work

Daniel and his team are top notch! Took my car in because it was leaking oil from two different spots (RMS, Oil pan Gasket) I told him how i needed it for work the next day and he personally made sure it was ready that SAME day! Only mechanics i will take my BMW to. Better work and prices than the stealership!

I want to thank The Bimmer Guys for being a great help. They were friendly, honest, & fast with helping me fix my car. I will definitely be recommending to anyone that owns a BMW. They shared very good communication with all the effects my car had. Kept me updated with texts and phone calls along the way. They were able to work with my Warranty & still give me a fair price out of pocket. I’m very glad that I came across them. My car feels & works great now! Thank you Daniel!

Thank you to Daniel and the Bimmer Guys! My 2013 X5 Key Fobs quit working at the same time. I hated to go to BMW where I knew the first thing they would make me do was to buy a new key before troubleshooting anything else.I dropped it off and before even returning home, I was getting texts with questions about what led up to the issue. Within 2 hours Daniel was calling me with a couple of different scenarios that it could be and asked how I wanted to proceed. At that point, I figured it would be 3 more days before I heard from him again as he waited on parts.He called the very next day and said everything was back up and running. Said he dove deep into the wiring harness diagram for the receiver antenna and that turned out to be the issue. I had the car back by 5pm the day after dropping it off.I would highly recommend this shop and if I need more repairs/troubleshooting in the future, I will be back!

I have been taking my BMWs to Bimmer Guys for almost a decade now, and I will continue to keep doing so. If you can come to this dealership, do it, and you will not regret it. I 100% recommend this place, every time and would not go anywhere else for the quality of service, honesty, and value. Before I found them I was constantly being sold and persuaded to buying things for my car from tech advisors at dealerships that I didn't need. It was so hard to trust what anyone at a service dealership was telling me, because they were always trying to sell me something.However, Bimmer Guys is completely different. Daniel knows his BMWs, he has decades of experience, and does not try to sell you anything you don't need. His honesty is hard to find for BMW technicians and he is the best one around. With a quick call and explanation of what's wrong with your car, you will get an appointment. It is so easy, no drama, nothing extra. Pricing is reasonable, and I know that my car is getting the best of its care, with honest intention.

I've been coming to these guys for years now...This review is long overdue...Knowledgeable, honest, great value...I've had BMW's for over 30 years and have used BMW only repair shops from San Leandro, Hayward, Santa Cruz and San Diego... This shop rates as highly with me as any others I've used...It's a well run shop and Daniel is great... better than many out there...I'm really glad I found them and trust them implicitly...
