Tried this place out for a few months because it is a little closer to me than Launderland Castro Valley.I don’t mind the occasional homeless person asking for change outside or washing clothes in the laundromat.I went back to Launderland, because the inconsistent dependability of paying from the app for the machines. I have shown up multiple times without cash because the app would save me a trip to the bank, but the machines are not always available on the app. Meanwhile my clothes & detergent would be in the machine. Forced me to go across the street to get cash back at Trader Joe’s or wait for another machine to become available.Lastly I have to say the dryers take forever to load 5 min at a time with the app.Cleanliness : 4/5Convenience : 3/5

This is my favorite one. They stay cleaning it and the machines are new! Pretty quiet for the most part and Trader Joe’s right across the street makes everything so convenient!

No one to assist everybody does what they want and when the ladies that work for the laundry they have as n attitude it's sad because the ower invest a lot of money in equipment also the number to call out of service to ?

You guys think we are stupid on WednesdayThe loundry is cheaper yes but. less time in washing machines I not a fish ? I prefer to pay. & was my clothes better Im a customer and I deserve respect

This could be a nice, clean laundromat, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I really like that they give you the option to pay with coins or through an app. Also, the machines tend to be kept in order.I've done laundry here about 4 times and so far, I've seen three separate hobos come in to wash the clothing they were wearing (yes, they sat around in their underwear while they waited). One of them even decided to turn the back door into his bathroom. This is not the place for me.

Clean, new machines! Entire place kept clean! Best laundromat in Castro Valley! Highly recommend it over all the others.

Have been coming to this place eversince it opened this year. Brian has great customer service. He is always smiling. Amazing soul,, he is.. I feel safe here. I asked Brian if he can open up at 7am instead of 8am because I am an allied healthcare worker/ elected official with an utterly busy crazy schedule. I was pleasantly surprise when I saw him today and he told me that he changed the hours just for me. We need to clone Brian.. He is wonderful and this laundromat is clean and safe.

I have been coming here since they had the dollar washers. And I really like this laundromat it’s always clean and normally it’s someone here if you have any questions. The only thing I don’t like is that they have no seats or a bathroom here. But other then that I love coming here.

Clean, neat, near shopping while you wait. New owners are soooo much more friendlier than previous ones. What a deal to wash for a buck to two bucks while the promotion lastsWon't travel to the one in the Lucky plaza anymore. GREAT JOB NEW OWNERS!??

I want to thank the manager Rocio for having cleared up a small confusion that there was with one of her employees about the laundry hours, she very kindly explained to me and now I can say that I feel very comfortable having this laundry in my neighborhood already which is a very clean and comfortable place and is now one of my favorite places

The best in Hayward by far . Always clean the person in charge take good care of the location. All the machines work perfect ??
