I came in for brake service on my 17-year-old Honda Accord and ended up paying $672.86 just for the rear brake rotors and pads replacement, which I found to be extremely expensive. (See Picture 2, arrow)
Additionally, I noticed that they did not report the thickness of my rear brake rotors, only the front ones. (See Picture 1, arrow) Now, I’m left uncertain whether the rear rotors actually needed to be replaced or not.
Lastly, my car was ready at 5 pm, but they didn’t inform me until I proactively called at 6 pm to ask for the status. This delay caused me to miss my next appointment for a tire replacement.
While the staff was friendly and I appreciated their Uber service, it’s unfortunate that these added conveniences seem to come at a significant cost to the customer.

I've been coming here for years for my vehicles. The staff is very helpful and I appreciate the list of items that were repaired, items that will eventually need attention and items that need to be fixed ASAP.
I never had any issues after getting my services there. They've always have done a good job.

Beware!!!!
This shop will get you for all your money, brought my car in 2 months ago because my car just died while on the freeway. I took my car here, the technician couldn’t figure out how to turn it on or what was wrong with it, luckily my son was able to retrieve a code U0100, once I gave them the code, they were able to get my car running.
Mind you, I think I shouldn’t have paid for the diagnostic since my son was the one who was able to get the error code. However, the bill started going up and up and up! $1,500 to fix the Code U0100. Then they told me I needed all kinds of things I ended up paying $4,200.
It gets better, the mechanic forgot to put my engine cover back and since then, I have been tried calling/texting and I get NO RESPONSE! Mechanic 101, you take a car apart you put everything back!!!
Now I’m out an engine cover and Adams Autoworx don’t care, they got my money, that’s all they care about!
