It was late in the afternoon, and no one was around myself and the attendance car were the only two automobiles on the property! He was cleaning the car wash area when I pulled up and went to the window and saw no one was there. I guess this wouldn't bother most people, but personally, I was put off by only having one employee to handle everything by himself. This station is on a busy corner in Castro Valley. I hope the company is paying him enough money to handle this job. Seems a little unfair to him.

Pretty good car wash at a great price. The base package is $12, and it comes with a pre-wash done by the employees, puts you through the machine to wash and dry, and then a hand dry. Car came out looking clean, and all in about 5 minutes. No complaints here!

Best car wash in the Hayward Castro valley area for under $17. I've been living here for almost 5 years now and I have finally found a reliable go to. Your car gets hand soaped before you go into the wash and hand dried after rolling through the driers. Great quality and service.

Nice little car wash, half hand wash & half drive through. It's nice that there is also an employee who hand drys your car after wash, it always sucks leaving the carwash dripping.

Nice gas station. Gas per gallon was good (5.39) & when I selected a car wash, the price dropped to 5.15. But the car wash was expensive... over 15.00 for the best car wash plus tip fir the staff to clean the wheels & wipe off the car after wash.

It's sad to see poor service at this location. Teens do a rapid scrub all over the car and sent up each cars into the machine for a wash. The odor the machine throws out is that of a sewer rotten eggs. There's not that many options in town. Either you wash at this 76 machine car-wash or the Self service car-wash on Lake Chabot.

Horrible customer service! There was no one to hand dry my car when we exited the wash, I walk over to the person who washed it and got a response of 'that's not my job' as he sits on his a** on his cell phone. Apparently the person who's duties it was, 'didn't feel like it'. So me and my 12 year old son had to dry my car while they just watched and did nothing. This is the second time that there wasn't anyone to dry my car, horrible service! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK!! Avoid at all cost!

This review is mainly for the carwash. Don't bother. And if you do bother, make sure you bring your own wash clothes and towels. What part is okay oh, but not great. Then it comes to the rents or should I say when the machinism spits on your car for a little bit. It rinsed off some of the soap, but not all of it. And then you get to the drying phase, or should I say the phase where there's a light Breeze that goes over halfof your car. The front half of the car get some of the water /remaining soap dried off, but the timer ends well before the back end of your car is dry. Also he got the passenger side fairly well, but it hardly dried the driver side at all. So my suggestion is to bring your own washcloth and towels. When you're about to exit the car wash drive out before much drying occurs, then use your washcloth to finish wiping off the soap film. Then use your own towels to dry off cuz it wasn't going to really drive your car anyway. Oh, and by the way the gas pumps only filled my tank about 2/3 the way. Wouldn't go any further I don't think I will come back.
