“Have a post box here and it's fabulous and always a bright spot in my day when I come to retrieve my mail. This is a perfect one stop shop for any mail and copy service plus they have a Notary for a nominal fee. They also sell stamps and you can drop your outgoing mail here too. Come in and check it out for yourself. Highly recommended.”

“It's the nearest FedEx/UPS drop off location to my parent's place and I also needed a passport photo. The photos cost was $1 less than the CVS next door and everything I needed was done in a reasonable amount of time. My parents had no complaints using their notary service on a few different occasions.”
“Our Staples on the Old Road in Stevenson's Ranch is always staffed with helpful associates. Some stores make it hard these days to even figure out who actually works there. I have relied on their printing dept. for my work and their assistance when looking for particular office supplies for home, school and work. They seem happy to work there which I assume says a lot about their manager.”

“I usually come to this fedex to drop off packages I need to mail, I have yet to try the other services. However today I walked in and learned that I can just check in packages myself that have a prepaid label on them without having to wait in line. Which is perfect cause I always have something to mail out via FedEx. The guy that helped me was super helpful and showed me how to use the self service machine. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes.”

I have seen so many of his interactions with other customers and he is always an absolute delight.Interestingly enough, he was one of the first people that I told when I found out I had cancer and now every time he sees me and asks how I'm doing I can tell he actually cares. He brightens my day every time and probably deserves a raise for his exceptional customer service.*definitely deserves a raise”
“Andy, the main guy at this location is so pleasant and so helpful. He helped me with my wedding invitations and made sure they get hand cancelled. He asked me to leave it and promised to do it that day, true enough he was able to do it and all my guests got their invitations without being torn or damaged by the post office machine. They do open kinda late (11am) but since it's less hectic here and Andy is so nice, I prefer going to this location, plus it's super close to where I live which makes it more convenient.”
“For the most part this UPS Store is great. The employees are helpful and things have been so far so good with my weekly Amazon returns. The question I have for the owner is this: Are you or are you not a USPS drop off location? I recently began selling on Poshmark which utilizes USPS shipping and provides a QR code to send packages. When I went to your store recently to drop off an order I was told your location cannot process it and was directed to the AIM Store on Seco Canyon. I’ve had to go to this other store (with subpar customer service) twice in the past week and I have another one to drop off today. I would love to do all of my shipping business through your store if possible. Please advise…”
“So easy and so fast! I had an oversized package to return. Help started in the parking lot with any employee retrieving a flat cart for me. Then helped bring it inside the store. A short line in FedEx.Staff friendly and efficient. Will always go back to this location for FedEx!”

“I am so surprised by all these negative reviews. For one, I have to say each postal worker I’ve ever interacted with has been the friendliest public workers I’ve met. I’ve only had to use the postal service only and can’t speak for the passport service area. There are plenty of parking, clean , short lines and I think one of the better looking ones. I’m located between two post offices and without a doubt, I go here , even if it’s out of my way. The other one is what I usually experience in the past… the usual, (long lines, not the cleanest, you’re treated like a number not a person ). As far as the postal rates, the workers have no control over that but can suggest alternatives.”
