The pharmacy closes at 6pm on Sundays. I took a screen shot of this photo to show it was closed at 548pm. Absolutely not okay. We had just left the ER and needed the prescription that was called in.

Deena is absolutely the reason I come back. You had a checker blondish hair not there anymore so rude. Deena made me come back. Thank her for her caring asking how your day is taking time and also Angel in you dairy area amazing nice guy my husband and I thank these young people for there hard work and the store manager finally a clean stocked store Mr And Mrs Long

The posted hours of operation indicate "OPEN" until 1am. I'm sorry but as a consumer I put faith in those posted hours of operation. So when I arrive at 12:55am and am at the entrance door that is now shut and locked ? it makes me upset to have been deceived. The service industry is not what it used to be. People assume rules can be twisted into their convenience because that's how they want it. I'm sorry but if your a service orientated business to the public. It's important that you follow your own posted rules. Respect and integrity are becoming a sparse thing from the past.i Don't know who calls the shots inside this store but I hope some level of management will read this and address those who feel it's ok to change the rules, and remind them what it means to follow the rules. It's important to at a bare minimum do the right thing when at work.Long time customer.

This has been one of my favorite Ralphs to go to! The staff here are super friendly & the areas inside the store are so clean. There is plenty of parking in the lot as well. I usually stop by here for a Starbucks drink when in the area & they make them SO good + fast! If you're in the area and need a quick grocery run or starbies, you'll be in and out here!

So I visited this store the other day and almost fell into this makeshift barrier I took a picture of it luckily for me I caught myself or else I would of broke my ankle this unacceptable!!! I asked one of the employees if the store manager was onsite bit was told they where not present do better Ralph's I could of been really hurt!

Worst check-out experience! Waited more than 10 minutes for the cashier to come by to help me in self-serve checkout. Another station was closed while cashier was waiting for manager to come and clear the problem. I was on self-serve No. 5 when my machine had a problem. Had to wait and wait and wait before cashier came to fix the problem (didn't help that she kept saying, "I'll be there!"). Then, she had to count all my items. Fun...not. Question: Ralph's: Why are you trying to operate a business with as few people as possible at a busy time of day? And why is the other self-serve area closed when there are only two other checkers? Is this REALLY the best you can do?

It's the only local Grocery store. I've been a customer for many many years. The customer service has gone downhill. There a a few good employees. Over this past weekend limited employees (may be due to the poor weather). Long lines only 2 registers open. This is not the only time where long lines and limited service. Today I went in to get a few items. They were located near the top shelf. I asked for assistance to reach these items. The manager said someone would be there shortly to assist me. I waited over 10 minutes. No one came over to assist. I went over again and was not acknowledged. I left the store.

The usual grocery store. Everything seemed nice. Very clean, great selection, etc. nothing out of the ordinary. If you're looking for a nice clean grocery store, this is your spot.

Has to be the worst grocery store in this whole valley. Castaic residents are stuck with only one store. Scheduling is horrible and the never have enough help. The store is cluttered and looks dirty. Stock is also very u predictable abs needs to be handled better. Worth the drive to go elsewhere.

For months now, I have not seen the inside of the Ralphs Grocery Store. Their pick up service is awesome. Shopping for groceries seems barbaric. Cierra and the shopping crew at Ralph's pick out groceries just like I would. I just click on what I want and they do the rest!

There's a mask mandate in LA County, but this store refuses to enforce it and shrugs off anyone who isn't wearing a mask. I guess I won't wear pants in the store next time I shop here since they don't have a problem with people not wearing masks. Yippee, let's all be selfish and do whatever we want.

Meat & seafood department closed early because "staff called out sick". As a manager, when staff calls out you step in to get the job done. Apparently that's not the case at this Ralph's, as management refused to step up and help pull the lobster tails we intended to purchase. Completely ruined our dinner plans. Extremely frustrating when you can see your items behind the glass but nobody to provide this simple service. No wonder their employees call out, I wouldn't want to work for this management (or lack thereof) either.

First off they don't have Apple Pay. Who doesn't have Apple Pay? Aside from that they take forever to ring you up. So make sure your kids get a nap before you go shopping. O
