This driver has been my experience throughout the country. Customer service is garbage. They don't know what hospitality is. They are very indecent. In the parking lots on the side of the place, people in commercial minitrucks don't let them rest. They call you a tow truck. For me, this was my worst experience. They work to screw you, not to give you their services and let you rest, as is normal in the rest of the country. Please change those ignorant bosses that this driver has. You will have better results.

Couldn't park overnight in our cargo van. Female employee came out like at 3 to kick everybody out.

Security does a great job of enforcing reserved parking spaces!
PS:I've seen some gas stations use traffic cones for this, maybe that will help here too...

We stopped by the Pilot gas station in Castaic Ca on the way home from Southern Ca. Once we were home, an hour and a half north, we realized we possibly inadvertently left our prescription glasses there. I called and spoke to Hugh, and he checked and let me know someone had turned them in. I asked Hugh if he could hold the glasses as my daughter was passing through as well within the hour. Hugh obliged and my daughter was able to pick them up. I appreciate the service, time and professionalism from Hugh. Pilot will definitely be a regular stop for us, not only do they have reasonable gas prices, great snacks, clean restrooms, they also have outstanding staff!

Disgusting customer service! Lady with the black hair working behind the counter on the morning of 7/20/2024 should be fired and nowhere near dealing with customers.. Truckers try to go to a different location as this isn’t worth it. Another trucker was looking for a different place to shower because apparently they are slow and it takes forever for them to clean a shower.
Shame!!
Even a one star is too much for this location.

Travel back & forth from SoCal to Bakersfield. This is my gas station of choice. Restrooms, coffee, parking, etc. ?

Slowest laziest people work here when it comes to showers ! People will leave showers & it will take them forever to clean ‘em & make ‘em available for next person like hour to hour & half atleast is the wait here at this place , this is the worst place if you stopping by for a quick shower , i gurantee you , your shower won’t be quick at all ?????????avoid this location at all cost even for parking & fuel aswell !

The blond lady who usually work at midnight , she give the lowest customer, and rude to customer, I hope she learn how to be nice, and interact nicely with customers .
