Just bought a new travel trailer and it was a great experience. Worked with Mason and he was incredibly knowledgeable. Just an amazing human! He helped us from the beginning all the way to the end; explaining the process and going through every detail possible. He really took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything by the time we drove off the lot! If anyone needs any kind of trailer/toy hauler/fifth wheel….GO SEE MASON!!!

Want to give a shout out to Mike and Mason at Parkway RV. These guys know what they are doing, super knowledgeable on our Opus purchase, very communicative, and just great people. Mason took his time walking us through how to work our new trailer and was even great with our kids we had with us. Definitely recommend to get your next RV here!

Mason Dickson and staff made sure that we had complete knowledge of the trailer that we purchased. They meticulously went through the entire trailer making sure all was in order. From sales to financing to service the staff was on top of their game. It took us only thirty minutes to sign all the documents and Mason explained everything as we went along. I highly recommend Parkway RV, for your first or sixth trailer purchase, they give their full attention, and no question is too simple or complex.

Parkway RV has serviced my Class C on different occasions for auto leveling and power step issues. They also installed a new set of tires. I was assisted by Don and Jonathan. Both were courteous and professional when contacted and the repairs are completed in a timely manner.

Very pleasant experience at Parkway RV!! We got the travel trailer we wanted at the price we were looking for. The process was easy and seamless. Both the Sales Manager, Mike Sutterman and our sales consultant, Mason Dickson were effective and pleasant to work with.

Parkway RV is a very clean and nice RV dealership. Mason, Mike and the whole crew were very kind and helpful during the pick up process. They didn't even mind a hound dog taken part of the experience. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

We just bought our Little Guy MiniMax trailer from Mason at Parkway RV, and we couldn’t be happier with our whole experience! Mason was very helpful in explaining things and making sure we knew how everything worked, and he worked with the service crew to make sure every detail of the trailer was right when we picked it up. These guys are honest and hardworking - can’t recommend them highly enough!

We purchased a RV from Parkway RV and we're very pleased with how we were treated. We did have some issues with it after the purchase but, Mason the sales person was very helpful in getting us the help we needed to get the problems fixed. Don the parts manager was very nice and helpful and Jonathan and Jose from the service dept were very knowledgeable and made the repairs in a timely and professional manner. Mike the manager treated us very well when the deal was made . Overall it was a good experience.We love our Little Guy Max ! Dave and Linda M.

My 2 Star review is mainly based on my experience with receiving the California registration I paid for, after the purchase of a brand new toy hauler from Parkway.
In the beginning my communication with the sales team was rough, but after financing was accepted the sales team was excellent.
After receiving the California license plate and proof of registration in the mail, I noticed there was no registration sticker. I phone the dealership and was transferred to "Ana." Ana's explanation of why the registration sticker was not included was because we are Nevada residents and that we needed to register the RV in Nevada. This made absolutely no sense. We paid for registration and were due every piece of required California registration owed. Ana then stated we "should have" received a reimbursement check from the company, for the registration fee's. When I told Ana we gad not, she stated she would look into that.
After my call with Ana I did report the registration sticker stolen and had to pay an additional $23 for a new one. My opinion, the dealership or employee stole my registration sticker for whatever vehicle or RV they may have needed one for. Similar to the stereo they switched out and thermal cut-off that was removed prior to purchase, they needed it for something else on the lot.
Today, 3 months after purchase, I received that registration reimbursement. A whopping $11.00!!! Yet, I paid over $400 at purchase.
I would love to recommend this dealership, but due to the registration issue, I simply can not.

Dirty place, certainly would think if they want you to buy a 100,000 dollar Travel Trailer they would clean the door to their office going outside. Everyone who has looked at the RVs and trailers have done so with grease on their hands if they used the front door.
