First time having my vehicle serviced here. Pulled in and was greeted right away and notified of possible time line for completion. Was notified of all options and services they do provide. Not only do they just change your oil they also complementary check ALL fluid levels, filters, brakes, tire pressure etc. and notify you of any recommendations. No pushy salesmen attempt to get you to replace it right then and there. Had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced by Michael and Aaron. Will definitely be back, they have earned my business.

My work van broke down on the grapevine on the way to a festival. I'm a vendor and travel to events to sell my merch. Turns out my van had an aftermarket part that none of the factory parts would fit. They rigged it and got me on the road right before they closed. I made it to the show just in time! These guys got it done and saved me $$$ by getting me there.

They did a great job with handling everything. They never stressed me out or let me down once, the new paint they applied was absolutely perfect. The car never looks like it was in a accident
After further inspecting the car, all I have to say is they do their best to make your car look brand new leaving the dealership. They went above and beyond, something no other autobody has done with one of our cars. Thank you blake and Oliver and the people that work at the front desk. You guys are the best

My son and I got stranded in Castaic after the radiator hose burst on our way back home from LA. Took my vehicle in, had them do an inspection, and provided a quote. It was Sunday late in the afternoon, but they were efficient and got the job done today, Monday, and I was on my way home.

The employees at MB Auto Center are amazing! My top radiator hose burst on the grapevine. We were traveling from AZ to WA state when it happened. I called MB Auto Center to see if they could fix it. They said they would take a look and see what they could do. So I had AAA tow my 2004 Durango to their shop. The staff were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. They saw the burst hose that I had originally told them about. They also suggested the lower hose be replaced, which I wouldn’t have thought of. They were very honest and upfront about the repairs that needed to be made. The mechanic even came in on his day off to get this work done for us. They got us back on the road by the next day. I am so thankful & grateful to MB Auto Center. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone traveling through the Castaic Cali area/the Grapevine!

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and I’ve never had an issue
They finally hired some new kids and I drive to the gas station and low and behold I can’t turn my key in my ignition
I had no issue driving here but I have an issue as soon as I pull the key out and try again?
They came to the gas station and wiggles my key around in it making it worse making my key loose and then just leave me here with no solution on a holiday weekend. You guys should pay the $300 fee I have to pay the locksmith for futzin around with my car. Unbelievable

Everyone at MB Auto Center was so kind. They were honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though we didn’t end up repairing our van since it was beyond repair, I can’t say enough good things about our experience. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.

Had my car in for some loud noises and an engine light, they fixed it promptly but another problem occurred. I took it back and they were super thorough with everything and didn't charge labor while they worked hard to to figure it out. Once it was all set, it drove like it was new again. Love this place, and will definitely go here from now on

This place is first rate. I was traveling through the Grapevine, and had break problems so I turned around and found this place. They had new brakes on my truck within 2 hours. The guys were super friendly, and the price was very competitive. These guys saved my butt, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
