The store manager is the sweetest lady and so kind. I had a Walgreens cash deal get messed up and she immediately had them fix it and helped. Loves the service

Very rude to customers. They don't make transactions easy to the customers. Instead of being helpful, I was met with passive aggressiveness. Just feeling disappointed in them. I held Walgreens to a higher standard and they let me down.

Walgreens Castaic has a terrible pharmacy from customer service to their pharmacist! They are slow and not helpful when there is a problem. They do no follow up with your doctor, they cancel your prescriptions, they put you on automatic refill without you asking. Most terrible experience ever! Don't go there until they get their crap together and that may be never!

Guy working there is not helpful at all and has terrible customer service. 2nd time trying to ship a return and it’s like we are inconveniencing him and he ‘can’t’ do anything.

The drive-through service is absolutely atrocious, it's like they don't even care, they see you and ignore you. I've literally waited 20 minutes there. Why even have a drive-through? Get rid of it. If you can't do it properly, Drive Through's are supposed to mean speedy service, but at Walgreens, it's the opposite. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Then they say they only have one of the two prescriptions and to come back in 15 minutes, I come back in an hour and it's still not ready. This is happened not once not twice, but many many times and don't even get me started on their lunch hour break.

Why isn't zero stars available? The worst customer service ever. All I wanted was a paper receipt to my order. I asked before my order was scanned in and still received nothing. Supervisor was even less of a help. Abraham and DJ zero stars. This location negative stars.

pharmacy always closed outside reg. hours. they tell you your medicine is ready, then when you go it is NOT ready. so annoying. service can definitely be better. other than that the store itself is pretty clean.

I received a call from Wallgreens pharmacy auto-attendant indicating I had an rx to pick up. I called the pharmacy to alert them I did not currently have any open rx with them. The person who claimed mgr. kept speaking right over me before he heard what I had to say, forcing options I was not interested in such as turn all call options for me. I said that wouldn't work because for future rx I'd like to know when they are ready. When I asked him if I could finish my sentence, he rudely said he was speaking, as he repeatedly interputed from the first words out of my mouth.. He spoke super fast and had very lazy speech. What a shame. They just lost my business.

They don’t have a drop off box nor accept big packages. Two times I go to this location and I was sent away. As a Walgreens they are good. As a FedEx drop off location, really unreliable.
