“Stopped here on a road trip when my check engine light came on. The store manager, Mike, was on his way out but stopped to help me figure out how to get back on the road. This was especially kind because it was a holiday and no auto shops were open so I would have been stranded. I tried to tip him and he declined, saying that he just wanted to help people. You accomplished your goal Mike. Thank you for reminding me that there are decent people in the world. I appreciate you and hope O’Reilly’s knows that they’re lucky to have you.”

“The assistant manager, Gabriel did an amazing job helping me and my family out. We were traveling from the Bay Area to San Diego and our car broke down, stranded on the side of the road. I wasn’t sure what to do, but when I called O’Reilly’s, Gabriel assured me that he was gonna do his best to help me out and he did exactly that. he went above and beyond to make sure that we were good. Thankfully, we were able to get the car up and running again after getting towed to the O’Reillys and charging the batteries.
