The man that helped me, I'm pretty sure that he was the owner. He was VERY NICE, friendly, accommodating, kind, empathetic, helpful, generous, and understanding. He wasn't pushy or trying to pressure me! Although he didn't have ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, because that would be impossible; He had something for anyone that uses these types of products. Even if you're unable to find EXACTLY what you're looking for, there's DEFINITELY something that can be found that you need or can be used for what you want / need it for! Great customer service skills, above and beyond service, understanding and helpful assistance, plus convenient location to where we were! Thank you!!!

As of today, July 26th, the store is empty.Might be going out of business.No vape juiceVery Limited Cigar SelectionAnd the owner is a lil pushy.. This place never abides by his posted hours. And his reply that it must have been an emergency either means he is extremely unfortunate and has daily emergencies or he is simply a liar. And going by some of his pricing i don't believe he has that many emergencies.

It's not very inviting. The store inside looks like a half moved out closet. junky and empty. In being honest I only went here because I didn't want to drive across town for Dutches. And the 711 sells dry ones and at 2 bucks each even though the package says $1.49. Found out this place does the same and I buy them by the box. So I really didn't want to spend $30 but also.. the drive to get them discouraging. The guy in the store was already at the front door asking me what I needed soon as I walked in. No browsing around in here. Very much so what do you want and hurry up and leave. I didn't see the Dutches out, so he asks me what i need and I tell him. Surprisingly he has boxes in the back (none on display and I know why lol . Even more resin you'd think this guy would cut me a deal before I snitch you out. But he didn't) I told him I didn't want to spend $2 each. He went in about taxes and wholesale fees, Idc about your wholesale fees, that means you buy in bulk and cheaper. I'm no idiot. But alright. First and last time. Was definitely a pressure deal.

I was in need of their help to reach my family member outside of their shop this morning because our cell phone was on silent, and I could not reach them. The owner and a sweet person who works there helped us by taking their phone outside to my family members car and letting me speak to them on the phone so I could relay my important message to them. Such kindness they showed to me, and I am so very grateful for what they did to help.They went out of their way, took their own phone and walked out of their shop to my family members car, let them know I was on the phone and gave him the phone to speak to me.I am so grateful and wanted to give to them this review so that all should know of the kindness that they showed to us.Thank you so very much

Every time I go in for cigars. I feel like I'm getting ripped off. Cigars go up and down in price. And he doesn't use a percent button when adding tax. Instead he just adds on more money off the top of his head. I've decided im not going back.

If you are need of anything in castaic don't bother going here because they don't show up when they say they open. The website says two different times & they weren't there at either of the times. If you want to go to a smoke shop go to the one that's down the street next to the 99cent store

I don't smoke but we stopped here because the roads were closed and I needed to quickly use the restroom. the owner was so kind and instantly told me it's fine did not ask me to buy anything. I did try to buy water bottles later and of course my cards were not working for some reason, and the owner was so kind and understanding.I wish I lived close by so I could visit this business more often. I will definitely be paying it forward and contacting the owner to make sure I thank them again. but I really hope this business does well and people support them, seems like the few reviews here are just misunderstandings. I saw a review saying the owner asked where they are from that's not a negative thing they asked me the same thing it's normal conversation and curiosity from someone trying to get to know the community. Thank you for your kindness today

Whoever doesn’t go to this place you need to go. Best prices in town. This place is amazing. It has everything you need and it has amazing prices. This guy is old but still has the best prices in town I totally recommend. It’s the best in town you need to go. The owner is literally so nice.
